Very great app and fantastic support. Easy to use and fully automated stock alerts mails can be sent. The support reacts immediately when something doesn't work or has special requests. GREAT
We updated our product line and switched our products over to new SKUs as we released the new/improved products. Satendra from the support chat was so helpful in migrating our lists from the old to new SKUs. They took care of everything for us, saving so much time and making it super easy. Very good installation support due to my theme not being fully supported. I logged a ticket on Saturday not expecting a reply until Monday, and Satendra picked it up and resolved my issues promptly. Great service and the product looks like it does exactly what I need! I've also since install logged a support ticket to fix a compatibility issue with my theme, and this was also picked up and fixed within the hour.
Well, they certainly went above and beyond to make this integrate into my store! Abuzar spent a long time (hours..) troubleshooting, and finally got us to be able to send the Back in Stock emails with our design template in Klaviyo - so it looks in synch with all the othe emails our customer gets. Very happy with the end result!

We genuinely find this app amazing. Unfortunately we have supply issues with some of our most popular products so allowing people to join a waitlist is indispensable. It works really, really well. Information on signups is easily accessible. The setup is straightforward. The customer service is super fast. The one feature I didn't realise it had, but now do and have activated it is that if you get say 100 units of a product back in stock, you can email the first 100 signups for that specific variant (or all variants) rather than all signups and risk annoying those that don't get to buy in time. It really is a great feature to add to your site, gives you huge sales bumps, keeps your fans happy and generates a bit of hype too (though we are not striving to be a big-drop business) Highly recommend if you ever run out of stock.

Okayyyyy blown away by this app! Personalized support in the middle of the night, custom coding things for me. this app is awesome and with the best customer support! It's going to bring a lot of extra revenue in from lost out of stock sales too. Really excited about it! Way prettier and better easier to use interface than the competitors (I download several similar apps and this one seems way better than the others) UPDATE: I've used this app for years and they've gotten better customer service too, and they're willing to do the work for you in getting everything custom coded to look good on your website. We have a high end brand so I needed everything to look really good, and they gave me the attention needed to make sure that everything is set up well.

I have installed the Appikon Back in stock app and it was very easy and straight forward , worked straight away. I have previously used other apps but this is by far the best. Runs smoothly, no delays. As it worked so well I have now installed the Pre Order app as well.
