5 stars – Synkro does exactly what we needed We run several jewelry stores on Shopify and needed to keep products and inventory in sync between our main store and a sister store, without maintaining the same catalogue twice. Synkro does exactly that, and it does it reliably. Setup wasn't entirely plug and play in our case, but that was on us: we came from a platform migration and had a fair amount of mess in our SKUs, plus products that only existed in one of the stores. This is where the support turned out to be decisive. Eric has replied quickly, taken the time to understand our specific setup, and helped us through the whole cleanup instead of just pointing us to a help article. That is well above what you normally get on the App Store. The app itself delivers what it promises: the master store owns the product data, and changes carry through to the connected store without us having to think about it. It has saved us a lot of hours of duplicate work. Highly recommended, both the app and the people behind it.

I have been using this app for nearly 6 years, to integrate the inventory on 2 stores. I have now added a 3rd store and Synkro has to work between all 3, but only on selected SKU's The app is superb, has never let me down, and works just as it should. I have reached out for support only once or twice over the years and this has been quick, efficient, and effective. What more can you want from something, this app is a great find and I'll continue to use it for years to come.

We've used a couple of different inventory syncing apps in the past and all have had some sort of limitation that made our internal team's process a bit more manual for example not working with locations or not syncing variant level metafields but we are honestly so glad we found Synkro! Eric is fantastic, He has helped us with tracking our inventory across our entire store. We buy products in bulk that are sold as with adhesive and without adhesive. So when a product is sold with, it takes the inventory from the "without adhesive" as well so we always know exactly where were at in inventory levels! Great owner, great help. Highly recommend

Install now to lock this cheaper rates. -Setup- Eric asked me what I was looking to achieve and we discussed what we wanted to sync and which way. Once I understood he literally copied all the product over and setup the sync settings. I didn't have to setup anything beyond creating an account! -Different Need for Different Users- While talking to Eric I saw him look over at another screen and realized that he had a huge amount of options he could customize on his end. He said his main concern was to keep it as safe as possible so a customer couldn't accidently make a major mistake with some of the more powerful options under the hood. It makes sense. I would rather the people who built it set it up. Especially with the excellent customer support I have received. -Listens to Feedback. Built for store owners- In speaking with Eric I realized he is one of those rare people who put customers first. He understand why businesses need to use his app and has shaped his apps around the end user. His whole app has been shaped by customer feedback and he's about to overhaul the front end of the app. He has been spending most of his time solving the problems we face and has a great product. He's working on making a better user experience for new and existing users. -This app is worth way more than you pay- I can only guess but I would charge more for this. He said something about keeping existing customers going with all the bells and whisles and maybe making different versions for the new customers. I am glad I installed before this app gets too popular. Install it now. This app is likely going in for a huge overhaul and you want to lock in the price while you can so you can get every feature. This app has been crucial to our success with multiple Shopify branded stores. We have developed a solid relationship with Eric, and he is always there for any help to answer questions. We weren't sure how to set up the application at first, but Eric has been amazing in helping to explain how everything works. He keeps us up to date with new features and truly values a customer! Haven't used the app much. But that's because we don't have to. Synkro keeps our inventory accurate across all of our Shopify stores in real time 24/7. We just set it and forget it. Updating inventory via a csv file is supported. Which is very helpful for us since we use QuickBooks Desktop. The app can also clone products and keep other info in sync. We have yet to use that feature but we are confident it will work flawlessly. And finally, customer support is amazing.

While launching a second store for the US the hardest problem I found was how to sync my products between the two stores in real time. This app did it all! At a price point less than half of anything else I found! I have over 60k skus, and it works seamlessly! Plus the fact it uses tags for certain features is a huge plus that I couldn't find with other apps! If you are looking for a syncing app between stores this is the only way to go!

I have 4 shopify stores with some products to synchronise between some, or all of them. I’ve tried another app before that was WAY MUCH $$$$$ and WAY MUCH less effective. This app is SO great and Erik is really helpful if you have any questions. I recommend this app all the way for your multi shops synchronizing needs !
