The monk team is always super responsive and quick to help resolve any issues. The app itself is intuitive and customizable.

Have tried SO many promo apps over 11 years on the Shopify platform but have settled on Monk for the huge variety of promo types and easy setup - they also don't take a percentage of your sales (unlike others). Very helpful support and fast to respond to technical investigatons
Another minor issue (because I couldn't figure it out myself) sorted by Ravish. Super quick responses. He did a couple of things himself but made sure to give me the steps he used for me to use in the future. Honestly this app is the best I've come across with great customer support as well.
Monk was easy to install and the integrations to customize the app to fit our website's aesthetic were seamless. I was able to add everything according to our brand guidelines, including special fonts and colors. Priyasha and Fiazan were also super helpful and responsive while we were running tests to make sure the app works on mobile & web. I would definitely recommend the app to other digital specialists such as myself.
There is a bit of a user learning curve with the product itself, but the support staff is super helpful and responsive when you do run into any issues.
The team at Monk goes above and beyond to support their users. The app works flawlessly. I am able to run many types of promotions including free gifts, upsells, cross sells, buy x get y, and more and they all work well. I recently ran into a unique issue where a customization to my store was conflicting with how Monk operated. The support team at Monk could have easily told me it was my problem and left me out to dry, but that's not what they did. I feel like I had the entire company at Monk helping me get my issue fixed, including the founder. After some troubleshooting we got the issue figured out and I am happier than ever. You will not find a support team like this anywhere else.

What I can say other than I am so happy and impressed with this app. They are always adding to it to stay up to date with an offer you can think of. The front aesthetic look gorgeous. The customer service is above and beyond. They will help with any offer creation or troubeshoot. Super fast to reply. Love this app. Plus, it actually works, LOL ...We get solid revenue through the MONK offers we set up.

We could not find a cart upsell app that worked well with our Motion theme and other cart plugins. Monk worked great and the customer support chat has always been very responsive to us.

Great app! Love the progress bar to incentivize basket building. Had some initial integration issues but the Monk team has been phenomenal at customizing the app to suit our needs. Very quick turn around times. Update: Had a complex offer I was trying to set up, Ravish on support was fantastic at helping me figure out how to get it working properly.
Absolutely insane customer experience with MONK. Had a completely broken gift feature in my cart — clearly some technical mess on the backend. Expected the usual support nightmare… but nope. These guys jumped in immediately, diagnosed it fast, and fixed it ridiculously quickly. No back-and-forth, no excuses, no wasting time. Just sharp, competent execution. This is what elite-level support actually looks like — fast, technical, and effective. If you're running e-commerce and not using MONK, you're probably leaving money on the table. Respect.

Kirtha helped me out and was so intelligent and quick on where to go and what set up to change to allow my feature to work. The app is super simple to use (I'm reasonably new to this kind of tech) and has so much functionality - so many options and perfect for what we need as a growing brand. Their livechat was extremely helpful and so quick and responsive! Huge shout out to Jay for being so hands on and proactive. Questions answered within minutes!

LOVE Monk for free gifts/offers in cart and/or checkout pages. The intelligence of this app is great and the price even better! If you're shopping around, try MONK. Also, support is very responsive even for lower tier and they will actually take care of you right away which is huge!
App allows for an array of discounts that are much more robust than Shopify native functionality. Support is also quick and extremely helpful.
