Great app and great support. We were even able to import our legacy reviews from a Nexternal store! Update from 2026: Yotpo's great support continues! Doner was amazingly helpful in troubleshooting some small hiccups with setting up our new theme. Looking forward to using Yotpo in 2026 and beyond!

A fantastic app, with great support - we've been a customer for a couple of years now. After transferring from a well know review provider and different loyalty provider.

We've been really impressed with the level of support from the Yotpo team. As a small business without dedicated technical resource, it's reassuring to know that whenever we reach out, for Reviews or Loyalty, we get a helpful response either on the spot or via email. It's also refreshing to be able to speak to a real person when the AI agent hasn't quite resolved the issue. A special mention to Vien Saints E, who has helped us on multiple occasions with some tricky DNS record issues. The patience and quality of support have been outstanding, thank you!

We use Yotpo Product Reviews for Cashmere Knot Ireland( cashmereknot.ie), our Shopify store specialising in premium cashmere scarves, pure Pashmina stoles, elegant Pashmina shawls, preloved cashmere and women's pure sheep leather gloves. The app makes it easy to collect and display authentic customer reviews, helping build trust and confidence for new shoppers. The integration with Shopify is smooth, the review widgets look professional, and the setup process is straightforward. A great app for merchants looking to strengthen customer credibility and increase conversions.

Easy to use, good moderation. Wish they had some intermediate plans between the '200 reviews requests' and the big custom plans. Seems like the selling reps only want to sell the big customer plans, and don't want to work with us little, but not tiny folks. I will say customer support is top notch, Ronal and Doner are prompt and took care of my questions/issues quickly.

Yotpo has some of the fastest and clearest responses from a support team. In my experience, they are quick to reach and provide great support that is easy to follow. My recent support chat Doner P mirrored most of my interactions with the team. While there are some limitations with the dashboard and customization, overall Yotpo has been easy to work with and been a beneficial add to our company.

This is an awesome app!! Highly recommend. Their customer service is incredibly helpful and so far we have had very few issues. Since implementing the platform, we’ve absolutely seen an increase in the number of reviews we’re receiving from customers, which has been incredibly valuable for both social proof and customer engagement. The platform itself is user-friendly and offers a lot of flexibility in how reviews are collected and displayed. What has stood out the most, though, is the support team. Their team has been consistently responsive, helpful, and willing to work through questions or customizations with us. It genuinely feels like they care about helping brands succeed on the platform.
