Eigentlich eine tolle App, die gut aufgebaut ist und flüssig läuft. sie lässt sich gut anpassen. Allerdings wird der internationale Versand aus Deutschland mit DHL nicht unterstützt. Und das wichtigste: Wir hatten einen schweren Fehler, der zum kompletten Stop unseres Accounts geführt hätte und der Kundenserivce hat trotz Kontakt per Mail, Chat und Formular über einen Moant nicht reagiert. Überlegt es auch genau, ob ihr euren kompletten Versand an ein Unternehmen ohne Kundenservice abgeben wollt!

Es freut uns, dass die App an sich gut für Sie funktioniert; allerdings bedauern wir sehr, dass es keinen DHL-Support für den internationalen Versand aus Deutschland gibt und dass es zu einem kritischen Fehler sowie einer monatelangen Funkstille seitens unseres Support-Teams gekommen ist. Das entspricht nicht unserem eigenen Anspruch – insbesondere bei einem so wichtigen Thema wie dem Kontozugriff. Wir haben eine E-Mail an die im Konto hinterlegte Adresse gesendet und hoffen auf eine baldige Rückmeldung.
Great app that implements seemlessly into our theme. It helped us cover product shortages or prepare product launches with its pre-order function which is invaluable for our store now. Also we had a few technical prodblems when setting up a new theme and their support helped us within ours. Great app!
As bad as you would expect Microsoft to be. Its a pain to install, and is not even able to track revenue which you obviously need for your campaigns to optimize properly. support ist hell, super slow and not able to help. just avoid this all together.

Super integration, funktioniert problemlos. Top Kundenservice, falls es doch mal zu Problemen kommt oder Fragen bestehen.
Integrates seamlessly with Shopify. Setup was quick and easy with the detailed guides that are available on the developers website. When I did encounter a problem the support always went out of their way to help me within hours. Great app!
This app is like seeing again after being blind with the native Google Channel. Tracks about twice as many visits with a higher resolution in Analytics and reports revenue accurately. So far we are very impressed.
Super App, einfach zu insatllieren, DSGVO konform, blockt alle Cookies. Support hat sich super schnell und freundlich um ein Problem gekümmert, alles bestens.
So far, it has been a pleasure. Was easy to install, has the option to localize the language of the emails and the customer support was absolutely outstanding. They helped me with several small tweaks. Update: They still continue to do outstanding support after two years if I need it. 5 Stars.
App funktioniert super und arbeitet zuverlässig. Leider fehlen noch ein paar Features, wie die freie Übersetzung in andere Sprachen oder der Export von bestimmten Daten - aktuell muss man immer ALLE Daten komplett exportieren und dann bearbeiten.

Super App, toller Service. So hat man stets aktuelle Rechtstexte in seinem Shop eingebunden. Alles super benutzerfreundlich und guter Support.
Great app. Truly complient with GDPR law since it can block all cookies and collects users consent. Easy to set up, easily customizable, great FAQ videos. Thumbs up!

Great App. It was super easy to install and customize, looks great without grabbing too much customer attention. And most important: it is actually GDPR compliant (unlike most other apps)!
Easy to install, does what its supposed to. I had an issue with my theme and adi fixed it within 30min - outstanding support. Let's see what it does for our conversions :)
Unfortunately not usable in German, due to really bad translations and no opportunity to change that.
