We were apprehensive at first, as there were no reviews to gauge the app, but Philo in customer support was fantastic, especially as we reached out on a Sunday. All in all, if you are looking for an app to show the prices before and after VAT then this is the way forward, and you won't be disappointed.

We came over from another app that had non-existent customer support and it was the right decision. This app can be integrated into your theme with no issues and can be designed to seamlessly blend in with your brand/colour theme. The app looks and performs perfectly, and the support is also exceptional, with Zarah instantly on the ball to help us get the app up and running. Rest assured, there is nothing to worry about. The support team will be with you all the way to make sure everything runs is as it should. Five-star product and service all the way!
Have to say what a great team there is behind the scenes supporting this app. I reached out to them on a Sunday, and they went above and beyond with their advice and help. The app itself is superb and is so easy to set and configure. It never gave me any issues and was up and running within minutes. The best part is you can turn it off while you set everything up and then flick the switch when you're ready. Put these guys and the app to the test, you won't regret it!
Great theme, but the appalling customer service and delays in waiting for a reply to any problems make you wonder whether it is worth the extra money for priority support when in fact this is not the case. We are treated the same as everyone else, so why over promise and under deliver? I had a fair response today, so will hold my hands up and move on. I get it and appreciate your response. Next time I will make sure I go down the right route when I try to contact your team, thanks for the explanation Sandbox, is much appreciated.

The Pro Plan subscription for the Theme Updater app grants you access to the Priority Support channel. To access this channel, you can open the Theme Updater app and select Actions > Contact Priority Theme Support. If the support request is not sent through the app with the Contact Priority Theme Support button, your request will be sent to the general support queue, instead of the priority channel. Super easy to set up and it produces some impressive results in no time. The app has already paid for itself within 2 days, which was due to a sale from one of our offers and our customers really seem to like it. The response time from the team behind the app is also superb. They have answered all of my queries and made everything clear, so all in all, I am one happy bunny!
What can I say, installed the app, set it up and within the first 24 hours we had almost £2000 in sales resulting from the live chat. Worth every penny, first impressions a superb app!!

Super little app that packs a punch.Looks great on our theme, is nice and discreet, user friendly and lets you see what customers are liking and the effects it has on your shop. Have already noticed customers returning to complete a purchase days later. Am made up!
Once you understand how the app works, it is a breeze to use and can be customised to match your theme. We tried many other cross-sell apps but this one blows them away. The options are endless and give you total freedom as to what products or collections you want to offer as an up-sell, cross-sell or related item. Also need to say thanks again to Raymond and Frederick for all of their help after we reached out for some help. Five star service!

I don't have enough words to describe how good this app is. After trying all the others this delivers in spades. Easy to install and set up, with no glitches and works straight out of the box. You can even set the upsells for different variants of the same product which is amazing. Have dealt with Tom today and even on a Sunday, he set up the look and style of the pop up to match our theme exactly. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Your search is over if you're looking an up-sell app. This is the next-generation up-sell app.
This app makes setting up essential product add-ons an absolute breeze. Works right out of the box as promised and is so easy to set up, looks great with a simple layout and had no issues to report after installation. Super app!
If you are looking for an app that does perfect quantity discount breaks, then look no further. Not only are you getting a great product but you are also going to get a quality service from the team behind this app. I had some initial issues, some small glitches, like always, but WOW...this team went out of their way to find a solution and they came up with the goods.
