Very powerful app to generate detailed tailor-made reports. Great support.

After reading one of the bad reviews below, I checked and found I was experiencing the same issue on my iPhone. I contacted support and they got back pretty much straight away. After 2 days of some back and forth to try to troubleshoot the problem, Matthieu has been a pleasure to work with, and helped me fixed the problem (so yes, there is a quick and easy fix for it!). They have since written a public post with the resolution https://discourse.algolia.com/t/ios-issues-with-our-shopify-autocomplete/1653 Apart from this little problem, the app itself is great, and we've been able to manipulate it to work with our retail/wholesale store. Great app, works really well for us to get notifications of Abandoned Carts over a certain amount, which lets our sales team contact leads before they are lost!

So far so good, we've had a few issues with installation as our site has a lot of custom work, but support have been quick to jump in with a resolution. Looking forward to seeing the results :)

Used Order Printer, Order Printer Templates and Order Printer Emailer so that we could email customers a PDF copy of their tax invoice with every order! So easy to use and keeps our customers happy!

As we sell to both wholesale and retail customers, this app definitely makes the experience smoother for both! Especially with our wholesale customers, who may have multiple users in different states or countries accessing the 1 account, this one has definitely removed the headache for them! Haven't had any issues since installation! Great app :)

This app is super useful. Does what we need it to, and our buying team also benefit from seeing the demand of quantity for the products (and even from some new customers as well). Basically an easy set and forget app, that definitely gives us a quick ROI!

We only use StarShipIT for the rates, as we use other couriers which are not available with StarShipIT, so can't comment on the app itself. Otherwise, the shipping rates work 97% of the time, however, we are still seeing some inconsistencies with rates not returning. Support have been helpful in trying to resolve the issue, and we are currently working together on a fix.

I installed the free version of this app and it is syncing perfectly with my store. So far, support has been great and prompt with responses, and the interface and reports look so easy to use. It's great because we have multiple sales channels, and the app integrates Ebay and Klaviyo as well. The API also lets us integrate direct with our inventory software as well, so we can have a standard post ship service across all our sales channels!

This app cuts back so much off our daily work load. So simple to use, and the templates are amazing!
