One day we saw our app just stopped working (cart estimates). I reached out and the developer responded with a detailed issue with Shopify's API and they recommended I take it up with Shopify to encourage them to escalate their API update. I did that and the next day Shopify fixed their API endpoints which allowed the app to work again. A bit of an inconvenience but proactive support helped us work together to get it up again. Super happy with this app and with the support provided when things aren't working as they should. We had an issue with CCS not pulling through on the estimated shipping box in the cart page for certain countries. Jade went above and beyond to help get it fixed. Turns out the city needs to be included for certain locations or the rates won't populate - simple fix but not something we would have been able to figure out on our own!

I tried this app after I had problems with a competitor's app geographically locating our customers by ip address and assigning an approximate postal code which would auto-fill the same incorrect postal code in the shipping form at checkout. This lead to problems with many misdirected parcels. This app gives the store owner the option to not geographically locate the customer and have the customer manually enter their province and postal code to get shipping rates in the cart. No more incorrect postal codes! In addition, this app gives the store owner many more options to customize the overall appearance in the cart. Thanks to this app, we can (finally!) apply the correct shipping charges for combined orders of our chocolate (chilled) and ice cream (frozen), which are always shipped separately. The app has a great impact on customer's shopping experience! They can see their shipping costs right away without checking out, even at the product page! Less page navigation makes the customers less frustrated and this gravitates them to browse and shop more with ease, hence more sales. The customization page makes the setup really easy, no need to know html or css coding, it's all done within their page. This is an amazing, app the way the editor is built, it allows you to apply the shipping rate calculator to any cart. Even works with slide out carts and can have it inbuilt into the slide cart. So far, so awesome! I originally reached out after seeing their app on YouTube and installing it. The install kept crashing so I left a comment on their video and they responded really fast, got access to my account and helped get the app installed. A couple of bugs needed to be worked out at first but customer service was awesome, super quick and had everything working perfectly in no time. They also responded to all my questions right away. Thank you for your help everyone at Shop Doctors, including Toby and Yavor! I now have a very cool up-front shipping rate displayed to my customers before they have to jump through hoops and submit their personal info. I expect this to increase my conversions by providing transparency and clarity that the shipping costs are reasonable.... Super-easy to use, with a 'click to place' interface. I assumed it wouldn't work with our custom slide cart - but it does! We were quite picky with how we wanted the app to look on our store and the app devs went out of their way to ensure we got what we were after. I love how this app allows you to add a Free Shipping Bar on your Products pages, letting the customer know how much more they need to spend to get free shipping. Great price, and the customer help by Toby has been perfect. 5 * * * * * app - 100% recommended.

The app did exactly what we needed and was very simple to set up. Customisation was also good but by far the best element of the app has been the support from Shop Doctors. They have been extremely patient, thorough and generous with their time/ideas on how we could get the best out of the app - even configuring some elements for us where Shopify's limitations held us back from achieving what we needed. It actually 'adds' to the store's overall appearance and encourages store owners to add free shipping over a certain amount for some countries. The App support goes above and beyond for the client. We wanted to show our customers how much shipping would cost right out of the gate so there are no surprises (our customers pay exactly what we pay). We didn't like the color of the text because our shopify theme is dark. They showed us a better place to put the widget and even went above and beyond to show us better ways to show our customers real-time shipping rates! I'm also impressed that the developer got back to me so quickly. I had responses within hours if not sooner! For reference, we are in the (UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada) zone.

We needed a stable app for shipping rate calculations at checkout that would work seamlessly with our other apps. This is it! I love that I didn't have to spend hours figuring out code. It's pretty self-explanatory, and I found it easy to figure out. I like that there are multiple options for customization and the ease of placing the calculator on the cart page in the section where you need it. There is also a tutorial if needed. I contacted support with a question about the free shipping bar on the homepage. I received a quick response from Sergey, and he was able to assist with no issues. I'm highly impressed with the effectiveness of the app and the customer service! You can tell this team's experience just by how the app functions and how the dashboard is set up.

We needed an easy option to add our shipping rates to our website rather than having it coded in. We decided to go with this app as it looked easy to install and implement. There were a few teething issues as we had to have a suburb for our rates to show from Bespoke. Yavor was great, quick to answer our questions and quick to help us add in the suburb. Momo's Secrets I am so happy with this app. It calculates shipping rates according to customers location and I also installed the included free shipping bar which keeps customers updated on how much more $$ needed before free shipping. App was step by step to install. Their customer support is beyond amazing. After, my installation, I had a glitch. It was on my end (not the apps), but they jumped in, found the issue and helped me to correct MY issue which had nothing to do with the actual app. Will be first in line for future apps from these folks. You need to give them a go.
