I had an issue with tracking for around 14 months. Several community chats, escalations to shopify and contacting 'shopify experts' later I could still not solve what the problem was. I downloaded Elevar and spoke with a client support manager Robin who identified the issue in a day. As a Shopify store owner focused heavily on growth through paid ads, email, and analytics, I can't say enough good things about Elevar. Honestly, an app rarely overdelivers — most Shopify apps promise big things and end up just being another dashboard to manage. But Elevar blew me away. From a marketing perspective, it's been a total game changer. Within hours of setup, we had server-side tracking, client-side tracking, enhanced conversions, Meta CAPI (Conversions API), and GA4 events firing correctly, without having to guess whether our data was trustworthy. Before Elevar, even with "manual" setups and expensive agency help, there were gaps in our data, and it always felt like we were flying blind. Now? Great app but you need to get the expert set up done. I tried doing it myself and had duplicate transactions/data etc. Once the elevar team got involved, they cleaned up all my google analytics and tags so that the data is now 100% accurate. If you're running ads on multiple platforms, this is a must!

Amazing and much needed app for an ecommerce shop! It is quite intuitive and relatively easy to install, but if you are doing it yourself, you need to know a bit what you are doing. Elevar has a comprehensive guide to install it yourself, and if you follow it with full attention, you will manage to install it. The support team at Elevar is amazing, fast to respond, and really helpful! This is the best tracking app to have!

Really good app but you need maybe expert to install it. First it doesnt work well on our end. We used Hyros in the past. This is a great app and the service is top notch. I worked with Vishal on our expert implementation and he went above and beyond to make sure all of our platforms were connected properly and the tracking was accurate. He also helped with the Events Builder which is another great function of the app. Well worth it to get your tags set up in GTM and server-side.

Excellent customer support. I had some issues initially with the setup and Mario on support was super helpful, clearly knew the technical details of the product and was able to investigate my issues and solve them quickly and smoothly. The server-side events and ability to add Klaviyo events that Klaviyo itself misses is a great plus. Be aware the app requires technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager, so don't expect to just be ticking a box to turn on tracking. If you are technically minded and want that balance of powerful control without having to spend all the time writing your own bespoke solution, this is for you!

I strongly recommend this ap for anyone with shopify store. The implementation is made super easy. Here and there you have to edit some code of course but all is very well explained in text and video. I had some issues and got immediate support within 1 day with email explaining how to customize more code to resolve issue. Truly amazing support! Can not be better. These guys are top-notch. They have the very best support in the business and they'll help you navigate the cumbersome world of tagging and proper tracking. We are very happy we chose them; they've always been responsive and on point. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

It's a great app and helps track FB stats but it's extremely complicated for someone who isn't tech savvy. Good thing their support team is great and will guide you through the process. If it wasn't for Mario, I don't think I would be able to get it done.

Mario (and the whole support team) is a rockstar always helpful and would go the extra mile for you. It isn't the simplest thing to set up but we did alright and it works like a charm.

We have been cooperating with Elevar for two years and for a very long time it was a very good cooperation. Unfortunately, the last period of time was worse - the opinion has also been changed.
