Chelsey was awesome to work with, very accommodating with all of our weird requests. The app is great with all of the customizable features, especially for perishable shipping.
An incredibly useful and well-made shipping tool to allow far more granular shipping rules than native Shopify allows. And top level support from the developer team, even adding a new feature within mere hours of raising a request!

This app is so helpful and we love the test feature when setting up new scenarios. Support is always incredibly kind and will walk you through the setup on new scenarios to make sure they are setup correctly. Overall, incredible program.
We couldn’t be happier with Intuitive Shipping! The app has been incredibly helpful, but what has really impressed us is the amazing customer service and support behind it. A special shoutout to Paul for all of his help and support. Paul continues to be absolutely fantastic to work with—so patient, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure we have everything working properly. His follow up and checking in afterward to make sure everything is still working the way it should is so appreciated. That extra effort really says a lot about the commitment of the Intuitive team. As a small business, having someone who is there to help when you need it makes such a difference. A little bit of a learning curve to become comfortable with the apps systems but once you use it, you realise how powerful this app is. You can set up shipping rules for almost any condition you can think of. Rules by tag, collection type etc But best of all their support is some of the best i have received from a Shopify app. Their responses were timely and Michael even included loom videos to help explain the solution to a challenge i was having. I was very impressed. I would recommend this app to anyone!
Good app. The team here stays on top of stuff and really does a good job supporting you. I had a issue today (100% my fault not the app) and I sent a support ticket. Within an hour they got back to me with the solution. App has outstanding functionality and we have used it for years. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing team to work with! They helped me figure out all the issues I was running into to get the amount of different products we carry to "pack" correctly in the right boxes. Best part is being able to work with real people who can figure out any weird shipping issue we had.

Just switched our platform over to Shopify and were recommended Intuitive and could not be more pleased. Setting up all of our shipping zones and configurations seemed very daunting, but after a quick zoom call with Intuitive we were on our way. We got stuck on a few set-up configurations and our emails were answered within the half hour and explained to us exactly what we needed. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The best solution I've found for calculating complex rates. Great customer service where a real person looks at your specific situation and is always able to figure out what's wrong and provide simple guidance on what to do.

Best of all is real support: Humans who understand their product and are willing to spend time on a video call helping you set it up to your requirements. Plus pretty thorough documentation. Dimensions for our product range varies widely, so dimensional shipping charges are a significant factor in our operations. Intuitive Shipping has helped us change from using markup and weight adjustment hacks to approximate our shipping charges, to proper dimensional shipping charges. Also, the fact that Intuitive Shipping can now sync dimensional data from Shopify metafields makes product data maintenance much easier. Product data can be maintained independently in one place, and your shipping configuration in Intuitive Shipping. Configuration can be complex, but that necessarily comes with the flexibility that the app provides.

We do a lot of dropshipping from multiple suppliers, with thousands of SKUs, varying box sizes, and many bulk orders. This app is incredibly robust and handles even the most complex conditional shipping scenarios. Because it's so powerful, there is a steep learning curve. However, once you understand the logic behind it, it becomes much easier to use. What really stands out is the customer support. Their technical support team is excellent—they respond to tickets quickly and even offer 30-minute video sessions to help work through more complex scenarios. I'm taking off 1/2 star because of the pricing tiers. As a seasonal business, the jump from the 500-order plan to the 2,000-order plan is too large. There really should be an intermediate tier between 500 and 2,000 shipments. During our busy season, we end up paying for far more capacity than we actually need.

Easy app to set up and customize shipping profiles. We ship very small packages to freight trucks as well as hazmat materials which can be tricky to regulate and calculate correct shipping costs but Intuitive does a great job. Customer support is excellent and made setting the app up very quick.

Hardware-decor.com is thankful for the developers at intuitive shipping. Since shopify only seems to calculate shipping by weight (you know, like back in the 80's), store owners must reply on apps to get the job done, especially since shipping has been calculated by volume and length for several years now. iNTUITIVE SHIPPING SUPPORT, WHEN NEEDED ARE QUICK TO RESPOND AND ARE HELPFUL.

Michael and the intuitive shipping team genuinely deserves this one. We came to Intuitive Shipping with a somewhat complex setup, multiple product categories (ovens, flour, accessories), weight-based pricing, regional surcharges, remote zone exclusions across Canada, and a bunch of custom rules. Michael was hands-on from the start, listened carefully to our needs, and translated what felt like an overwhelming project into something clear, logical, and actually fun to work through. Most importantly, we stopped leaking money on shipping. Which is a HUGE game changer. He made himself and the team available, asked the right questions, and never made us feel like our setup was too complicated. The platform itself is incredibly intuitive (pun intended), and with Michael's guidance, we were up and running way faster than expected. If you're a business with anything more complex than basic flat-rate shipping, don't worry. I feel like I've used every shipping app on Shopify and Intuitive is by far the best. It's the only app that can handle live shipping rates for what our company needs. Fantastic customer service too!

Intuitive Shipping has been an absolute game changer for Dutchy’s. Our shipping setup is not simple, we ship groceries, frozen meats, and perishables that require different packaging rules, cooler sizes, shipping weight, transit times, and location-based restrictions. Trying to manage this in Shopify alone was incredibly challenging, especially when different products need different shipping methods depending on where they’re going. With Intuitive Shipping, we were finally able to create precise rules for each product category, from biltong and pantry items to frozen meats that must ship in specific cooler sizes with time-sensitive delivery methods. We can now control which shipping options appear based on product type, destination, and packaging requirements, ensuring customers always see the correct options at checkout. Their customer service is outstanding, quick responses, knowledgeable support, and practical solutions whenever we ran into challenges. They understand complex shipping needs and help you implement them properly. If your business has anything beyond very simple shipping rules, Intuitive Shipping is worth every penny. It solved problems we struggled with for a long time in Shopify.

Michael helped us at Beauty Base to set up shipping methods and he was always available to help us with any issues via email and zoom call. He took the time to understand our shipping needs, and the problems we were experiencing to come with the right solutions. He would even follow up after to check everything was running smoothly. We have a chain of farm supply stores and have a very large SKU count that have a variety of different weights, sizes, and shapes that make local delivery pricing difficult. We used Intuitive and we paid for them to build out our custom local delivery rates. It's made our local delivery rates competitive, helped us recoup profits on previous deliveries we would lose money on, and has been a huge success. Through the process, Intuitive Shipping was incredibly responsive and helpful. We can't recommend them enough!

SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE! While starting out it was a bit overwhelming, once I scheduled a meeting with them they walked me right through everything! Once they showed me an overview I was able to set the rest up by myself with the exception of one little issue I couldn't get figured out. I scheduled another meeting and they walked me right through it. There was one small thing we weren't able to settle, and customer service emailed me shortly after with how to fix the issue. They followed up by email with every contact I made, and followed up again if I didn't answer just to make sure their follow up email was helpful. This is hands down the BEST support I have ever received from any app I've installed. I would download and use this app over and over again hands down!

We have been using Intuitive Shipping on our B2B store with different customer tiers and shipping requirements. The app offers very flexible shipping rule configurations, allowing us to customize shipping methods based on customer segments, order conditions, and other business logic. This has been very helpful for managing our B2B shipping structure. Their support team is also responsive and helpful whenever we have configuration questions. We use a lot of Shopify plugins and Intuitive Shipping is really the best of the best. They have thought of everything and are constantly upgrading and adding more solutions to solve any shipping cases your business needs. Our store had experimented with multiple rating schemes in the past, but we could never achieve the desired outcome. Intuitive Shipping has changed everything. Not only has Intuitive Shipping tackled our complex rating scheme with absolute ease, but enhanced it further to better dial in accurate rates. Intuitive Shipping has been a game-changer for us. The biggest standout is the customer service, genuinely responsive, patient, and willing to dig in with you to get even the most specific edge-case rules working correctly. They don’t just point you to a help article; they actually help you solve the problem. On the product side, the flexibility is seriously impressive. If you have multiple warehouses, different shipping methods, product categories, thresholds, zones, packaging logic, or “if this, then that” conditions, Intuitive Shipping can usually handle it. We were able to build out a wide range of real-world scenarios that most shipping apps simply can’t accommodate. With that said, all that power comes with some complexity. If your setup is more than basic flat-rate shipping, expect a learning curve. My advice: plan time for thorough testing of every scenario (and combinations of scenarios) before you go live. Once it’s set, it work perfectly, but it’s worth validating everything end-to-end to avoid surprises at checkout. Overall: powerful, flexible, and backed by top-tier support. Highly recommended if you need advanced shipping logic and want a team that will actually help you get it right.

After some issues with shipping at checkout, we reached out to Intuitive Shipping to troubleshoot the problem. Michael at tech. support was diligent and persistent in resolving the issue, even going so far as to walking me through a complicated migration process at UPS, which should be the responsibility of UPS, not Intuitive Shipping. All in all, speaking to a human being via Zoom was wonderful, a refreshing throwback to resolving a tech. issue. Michael went above and beyond and is a major reason why we will continue to use Intuitive. Great job all around. Thank you!

Have been using Intuitive Shipping for a few years now. Shipping has always been the biggest hurdle in our business and finding a good shipping app partner was essential. After a number of failed attempts with other systems we found Intuitive Shipping. Their flexible system works so well with our non-standard needs and their service is exceptional! This is what really sets them apart and is hard to find these days! From the initial set up to troubleshooting issues that arise further down the track, the assistance is prompt, professional and thorough. They are problem solvers and will find a way and resolve issues to make it work for you. Huge thanks in particular to Paul Cann for the initial set up and being so knowledgeable, patient & persistent to find solutions to work for us - if we could give 10 stars that would not be enough! Big thanks also to Greg in customer support and the dev team for fast and efficient service to troubleshoot, find and resolve issues quickly. Greg responded quickly to our problems and kept us updated regularly and the dev team worked on finding a fix quickly and efficiently. Exactly what was needed. This app solves a critical issue for us with calculating accurate rates because our dumbbells ship in multiple boxes and contain multiple items. We're able to manage the multiple items and dimensions accurately, resulting in incredibly accurate shipping rates between what customers pay and what FedEx charges our business. The Shopify native solution for FedEx is only weight based which leads to large discrepancies on large qty and line item orders. Intuitive Shipping eliminates this problem. The app works great, and I'm able to quickly import and export data needed to set product dimensions easily.

We use Intuitive Shipping across multiple Shopify sites, both D2C and B2B. Our use cases include oversized products and large wholesale orders, mainly shipping within the US and Canada. Before using this app, our biggest pain point was Shopify’s native shipping logic being too flat. You’re basically limited to weight or cart total, which just doesn’t work when shipping costs depend heavily on what products are actually in the cart. For us, shipping methods need to change based on product type, tags, SKUs, region, order value, and weight, sometimes all at once. Intuitive Shipping gives us the level of control we were missing. The shipping rules are extremely granular and can dynamically calculate shipping methods based on cart contents, products, and destination. This alone has helped us significantly reduce manual review and internal shipping overrides. Support is also excellent. It doesn’t feel like you’re talking to entry-level support, everyone we’ve interacted with feels very senior and understands complex logic quickly. They always reply within 24 hours, and honestly, their math and logic skills are probably better than mine. Highly recommended for stores selling oversized products or running wholesale/B2B operations.

We've used Intuitive Shipping for a few years now— migrated over from ShipperHQ— and it has been incredibly helpful for us and our business as we grow. We had some difficulties with ShipperHQ and Intuitive solved them. In addition, they have incredibly speedy customer support which is a game changer when working with an element of the customer shopping experience where every second matters. Super friendly staff and they helped me through the technical onboarding and configuration on multiple occasions. We migrated from BigCommerce/ShipperHQ and had a rather complicated scenario to setup. They were available via Zoom to walk me through some of the obstacles, which is so much better than the competitor which refuses to get on a call and forces you to get support/implementation help through tedious email. We saved money and I feel the end result improved our checkout!

We've had a really positive experience with Intuitive Shipping so far. We had been looking for a solution to our complex online shipping needs for some time, and I'm so glad we found this app. The set up has been fairly quick and easy and the onboarding support from Michael was extremely helpful. We managed to set up different shipping zones by postcode Australia-wide, and exclude certain regional zones that we can't delivery some products to. Now days, it has become the norm to have a demo or zoom meeting with an app agent or representative where they speak too fast, don't care and rush you through the 30 min Q and A. Not the case at all with Intuitive Shipping. Paul took his time with us, was very knowledgeable with the capabilities of Intuitive Shipping and Shopify. He provided excellent customer service. All of our questions were answered and then some. The application is super clean, powerful and straight forward. Highly recommend this app for Shopify Users. Paul is the man!

This app is awesome! We are using it on our site where we ship various types of products with awkward combinations such as pallets and parcels and we have lots of postcode driven pricing rates. Until now we haven't managed a way to get an app to do exactly what we wanted it to do, instead we changed our product offering and prices to suit what other apps could offer. We got 90% of the way with the set up and couldn't get some of the combinations to work as we wanted. We reached out to the support team and Paul was amazing. From the initial zoom call to figure out our needs to the follow up emails everything was super clear and prompt. I would highly recommend this app - the one suggestion I have to anyone considering it, especially if you have complex shipping processes is to map out what you need from the app and engage with the guys early on - this would have saved us lots of time but we got there in the end!

We have to set up a website that ships globally with products with small to large shipping dimensions. Due to complexity of product dimensions and weight, we needed a tool that calculate all scenarios. Intuitive Shipping has all features we needed. The configuration was very straight forward and Michael helped me almost immediately whenever I have questions regarding the set up.

This app has worked very well for our store. I have rather complicated shipping and I was able to set it up for a way that works for my products. I really like the activity feature that lets me see what was added to the shopping cart and the shipping prices that were presented. This allows me to go in and tweak the rates. The Onboarding session offered made the set up so much easier and quicker. But, the best part of this app is the customer service. I had an issue on the Saturday of a long weekend. Although it turned out to be caused by a break in Shopify (due to me upgrading to a higher level plan) and not with their app they responded quickly and were able to point me in the right direction to get a solution. They even followed up a couple days later to see if everything was working. Amazing team! UPDATE - MAY 2025. I have now used the app successfully for over 2 years. I recently had a complicated shipping scenario that I wanted to implement on the store. I wasn't even sure it could be done. But, I posed my question. Within 30 minutes not only did they respond but Paul provided a step-by-step video showing exactly what steps I needed to take. I was then able to easily implement the new configuration on my store. I can't say enough about their support.

After searching and trying many apps for shipping we found that Intuitive was by far the easiest to work with, their onboarding and tech support is really good . It is in Canada and thankfully on the same time zone as us. We were able to set up certain shipping rules and get our new website launched so we could start making money and offering our products. I highly recommend them to anyone who is not an expert or has some specific requirements for shipping a variety of different product lines and from different vendors.

We have been using Intuitive since we started our Shopify page. Product works great and can be adapted to any shipping need. The staff is very knowledgable and quick with help.

Intuitive Shipping support was exceptionally helpful to fixing the UPS senerio changeover. I was having difficulty getting it switched over. The support team made a quick video showing me what I had to do. Within no time I had it fixed and working on our website.

We use Intuitive for both of our stores, one wholesale and one retail. Each store has its own shipping complexities and Intuitive has everything required to fulfill the needs of each store. I wouldn't use any other shipping app after using Intuitive. Highly recommended, if not mandatory, for stores that want to seriously take control of their shipping operations. Thanks Intuitive!

Most important, this app works flawlessly for a variety of shipping scenarios and modes - flat rate, carrier rate, multi-pack etc. Very cool. Second, the support from the IS team is really exceptional! In the 3 years we've used IS, we've needed help configuring new features, they're right on it, and have always delivered - pretty awesome app!!!

This is a fantastic app and team! Before we even started paying for the app, we had several email threads and video calls with a support team member to help us make sure we set up everything correctly. This app helps us make regional zones that include different shipping rates and costs. It easily connected with our ShipStation account to pull in the correct shipping options. So glad we found this app and team.

I can't say enough good things about this app, it has been able to do everything we need it to. It handles our product specific handling costs perfectly and is able to provide our carrier rates. When we reached out to the developer with a question they were super responsive and helpful.

We have different shipping options for different products and Intuitive Shipping works perfectly for our needs. You can also add different shipping options for a short period of time which have found helpful. Customer Service has also been great when we've had a query and needed help with any scenario. Thoroughly recommend!!

We've been very happy with this app! We aim to provide transparent information to our customers regarding shipping dates, delivery dates, etc. This app has been instrumental in that regard. Additionally, the ability to calculate the ideal carton size and provide shipping quotes accordingly is absolutely essential now that carriers are using dimensional weight. It's especially important for costly expedited methods. Finally, support is top notch! Inquiries are answered promptly and they most always have a solution for something we're looking to accomplish.

From day 1 Intuitive Shipping has been wonderful to work with. They have a lot of customization options, we didn't think there would be an app out there to meet our exact needs but they made it happen. There support is top tier and better than practically any other app we use on Shopify. They offer they're time to get on zoom with you and go over anything you need, even setting it up for you. Anyways highly recommend, thanks for all the support!

I had tried at least five other shipping apps before stumbling upon Intuitive Shipping—WOW! This app has been amazing. It integrates seamlessly with not only Shopify but also ShipStation. It has streamlined our different pricing methods and made our shipping cost calculations much more accurate. It has also allowed us to offer free shipping scenarios that differentiate between various carriers and product lines. What has been so refreshing is the customer support. I was able to speak with a real, live person who helped me set up our shop. They were incredibly knowledgeable and great to work with. I truly felt like a valued customer because the representative took the time to understand my needs and then helped me customize the app to fit our unique business model. I am so happy I stumbled upon this app—it has saved me a lot of hassle and is also user-friendly. While the app is a bit more expensive than others I tried, the superb customer service makes it well worth the investment. Plus, I didn’t find any other apps that integrate with ShipStation. After spending hours on the help desk with ShipStation and Shopify—only to go nowhere—this app solved the problem we were having. Thank you, Intuitive Shipping! You all rock!

This app just works. You can set it and forget it, or you can tweak and change to your heart's content. The tutorials are easy to use and it is super-easy to schedule a screenshare meeting with their team. I've met with two different support techs and they were both incredibly talented and attentive to my needs. I've never felt like they want me to adopt their way of thinking, they always listen to my goal and help me use the software to achieve that goal. Give it a shot, you don't have anything to lose.

The app works as expected and whilst it has it's complexities, it accomplishes all that is required. The Customer Service is also very helpful on answering queries, helping you set up new scenarios etc.

We're so happy with our decision to move to the Intuitive Shipping app! It gives us a lot of control over complex shipping rules (country restrictions by product, multiple boxes, shipping from multiple locations, etc). Not only is the product great, but the customer service is incredible! The team helped me work through different scenarios, logic through different options, and get the app up and running smoothly! They really made sure it was exactly what we needed.
