So far so good. Customer support is fantastic and the app works as advertised. There's not much customization, which is a huge plus for us because it's really easy to set up. The only thing that this app needs is better analytics! Overall 8.5/10

We love route. No longer do we have to worry about shipping issues because route has us covered. The customer support is fantastic and the claims process is really easy for customers to understand. Route has probably saved us thousands upon thousands of dollars in lost revenue! Route is a standard app across all of our e-commerce websites. It's definitely one of those essential apps. 10/10

Fantastic shipping app. There's really not much to say about this app because it's fairly straightforward. The interface is well designed and everything is really easy to understand. HOWEVER, there needs to be an option to select orders based on their shipping method because right now that's all manual and it kind of sucks when you have a lot of orders to pack. Overall 8/10.

I would highly recommend this app. There are tons of customization options, and if you spend enough time, you can create some fantastic email templates! Really easy to export and you can get set up in under one hour. Support is also great. Overall, 10 out of 10.

It's a pretty good app. Way more easily understandable than Klayvio. Tons of customization options for emails, and the automations are in depth and customizable. However, the SMS functions are extremely limited, so do not rely on Omnisend for SMS. Customer support is really responsive which is great. Overall 7.5/10 (SMS is the issue).

We love using this app for email automations and have never ran into issues. Also, now you can upload high-quality imagery without the image becoming blurry which is a huge plus. 10/10

We used to take pictures of every order and then put them in a massive Google drive, but we no longer need to do that with this app! You must scan the barcode; it will automatically attach the customer's information to the picture in the dashboard and then upload a photo of the order; it's that simple. It will help us mitigate chargebacks and customers claiming they didn't receive an item included in their order. I highly recommend it to all businesses, especially because it's free. I don't know how the chargeback features would work if we need to use them; I will update my review accordingly. Whoa! An unexpected review, thanks!! Really good app for SMS marketing and cart recovery. I think it's time for them to expand by adding advanced workflows (i.e. Shopify Workflows, Klayvio Flows, Omnisend Automations, etc...) and incorporating a full suite of SMS marketing functions. Overall, would definitely recommend it.

If you don't download this app, then your stupid. Your customers use AfterShip on their phones anyway, so it is an obscure choice to download AfterShip to your store too.

Smile.io has helped our brand build loyalty and returning customers, which is extremely important in 2022. We had some issues optimizing our program but David and the Smile.io Experience Team were SO much help. 10/10 Love it.

Really great app. It will help us stay ahead of stock issues and predict the stock we should purchase. Support is great and very helpful. Can't wait to start using the entire platform.
