Handing off the online advertising for our small family business was scary (we're control freaks) but it's already paying off. One month ago, taking on Google & Facebook ads for our small business was daunting - I was trying to learn it all myself to avoid paying a stranger to run it for us. Honestly I'd still be trying to get it setup correctly and agonizing over which images and copy to use if I hadn't given this a shot. One month in, we are pretty blown away. Assuming it would take several months to get things dialed in, we did not expect to see many sales within a week, let alone achieve 73 sales with a 5.2X ROAS within 30 days. So, I have had an excellent experience with this company and the ad service. I hate dealing with ads, so handing off Google Ads was awesome. I had huge success using this service. I did go viral on TikTok 3 times, so I am sure some of the Google clicks were from people from TikTok searching for me already, but even after the viral surges, it kept my brand awareness going. The customer service is amazing. If you're lucky enough to work with Emma then you're going to be in good shape. Just a side not about what I love is if you want to pause ads just let them know and they will. No annoying fine print that says you have to keep going for whatever reason. They are people and they understand business and they give advice as to when you should or shouldn't pause, but if you do there is no fight about it and they do. I found this service while looking for an application/program that could support me with additional advertising on top of what I was already doing on Google ADS. I started with $1000, but by the middle of the month I had already decided to increase the budget to $5000. This is because I am getting back X16 budget I spent and the month is not yet over (sales data have been validated). I honestly believe that: those who had not success with this service and the support team (it is a must to provide all the details to set up the campaign) should look at their own website, their own product feeds and the guidance given to StoreYa on how and on which products to allocate the budget. I hope they can push my business even further with a higher budget!

At first I was hesitant when I was suggested the APP by PayPal as a way to boost sales, when I first installed it, I broke even what I invested in the first month, but then I found that it really made a difference, as long as you try and help the team with the information, campaigning, they are very responsive, and very quick to settle any questions one has about the sales, etc.

We've used StoreYa for years to manage our ad campaigns on Google and Facebook/Instagram and have been very happy with the results. After an initial ramp-up period, their system finds a consistent groove to send the right traffic to our site. The whole automation process of StoreYa has allowed us to work on other parts of our marketing that require less monitoring- and most importantly give us time to work on parts of our business OTHER than marketing. We use Storeya for our Google Ads. So far, we are very happy with the performance, as it complements our other paid media via Facebook & Instagram. Great for small brands starting out who don't have time to run their own google ads, or pay high fees for agencies. We are using this app to help increase direct sales to our website as another of our sales channels tends to grab most of them. So far in the first month we have seen a 24% increase in sales and a 36% increase in revenue. We are very encouraged by the numbers and expect more growth to come in the next couple of months. At a minimum we are looking to at least break even with our ROA but definitely expect to see more than that.

We are very pleased with the performance of StoreYa. We're also happy that we were not asked to review the service until we had a chance to really experience the results. We have been running our store for 10 years and have a lot of experience with advertising using both paid, and inexpensive or cost free methods. To have the added support of the StoreYa ads for facebook and google has been tremendous. Our ROAS is great (currently over 29 on google search with an overall ROAS of 9.8 combined) The StoreYa service is probably not going to give smaller start up stores as much bang for their buck at first if they don't have the analytics to let the AI optimize for them, but over time, it is a safe bet, I think, and with a modest budget it can be incorporated successfully into most online store's marketing and advertising strategies with great success. Just remember to be PATIENT if you have a newer store, but if you are established and have a strong list and a decent presence on social media and google, this can really round out your advertising relatively quickly. We're still ramping up the ROAS with Facebook acquisition and retargeting. The support from our account manager, Berk has been positive, helpful, and prompt. We have hired services in the past, and I can tell you that 10 years ago, when we started, there was nothing like this out there, and think it is has had a really positive and profitable impact for us. And yes, we have "wasted" tons of money on ad service providers in the past and have had more than our fair share of bad experiences. StoreYa has absolutely delivered on the promises of helping optimize advertising efforts on Google and Facebook. Highly Recommended.

Have been using storeya for about 3 years and love it! I've seen great results without having to learn ads myself. Their team is always very responsive whenever I need to increase or decrease my budget.

So far we have been pleased with the results. We started with the lowest plan and made a little money over our spend and then upgraded, which has gone well and are now on the 3rd tier. Thus far each month has made more than we spent, and 2 months have tripled the spend. We are in the positive with our ROAS and happy with the traffic and orders being driven to the site. While it would be nice to have every month triple and quadruple the spend that isn't realistic (in our experience) but we have yet to make less than the spend. And we are happy to now be able to market to our new customers through email while continuing to get new traffic to the site. For us, it's been a great hands off experience. Been running StoreYa for a few months now and so far have been really pleased. We are an established brand that's been around for 6 years so that may help with things, but they have consistently been getting a better ROAS than we have been able to get. The only thing is that I wish I had better visual into the campaigns they are running and what the ROAS is on brand campaigns versus shopping, etc. But, when I email them and ask for this data, they do provide it.

We started using this app several months ago. Thought it best to wait until this time to write a review so we could really give it a go. Firstly, don't expect huge results within weeks! This is unrealistic. As with FB Ads this campaign needs some time to learn and gain momentum with its algorithm. What I like most is that you can start at the bottom end and work your way up to having a personally managed Ad Campaign. Also, there is no huge set up fees like most Ad agencies and trying to run your own Campaigns takes you away from other important areas of running your business. Storeya helps you to grow in a way in which your budget fits best along the way. We started on the lower end and have increased slowly 3.6 x ROAS in the 6 months. This Aps works GREAT with your FB Ads - whether you run your own or have Storeya run them for you. They bounce off each other. Emma is FABULOUS. Not sure if she ever sleeps hahahaha always responding to our emails promptly and with such professionalism. Customer service is key in this industry and they certainly have nailed it there. We will, at this stage continue to use Storeya and grow with them helping us along the way. We certainly recommend them.

I really love working with Storeya, we've tried Google ads internally in the past and the results don't even come close - apparently we suck at Google ads, ha. Also, Emma, their CS manager has been extremely helpful and is always responsive with anything I need. We started really slow at $180/month and within 2 months, I already 4x'd the budget because of the results we are seeing. I look forward to scaling to scaling even more very soon. I will say though, if you don't already have a high converting website, you probably won't see the results you want. They can drive people to your store, but if the potential customers don't like what they see, they won't convert and you'll be unhappy.

Storeya has become our main source of business. The ROAS has been improving month over month. We tested Storeya against our agency PPC team with identical budgets. At first, it was a close race but after 2 months, Storeya was generating 81% of our sales. You will need to work closely with your Storeya representative to get the best outcome and also understand that it will take at least a month to start getting decent results. Also, pick your channels carefully. Some didn't work at all so monitor ROAS with the team and reallocate budgets behind the better performing channels.

So far so GOOD! Impressed now, while I was skeptical at first. We are at 25.44 ROAS at the moment and each month we have been upping our budget and will continue to do so as long as it stays good for us. This app is not a magic app that will just turn a non converting store into a winner, but if converting sales is not your problem, and quality traffic is, then this might be for you. I have been using Storeya for almost a year and a half now. They have great communication, and when you have concerns talk to them and see what can be improved. Even when scaling you can talk to them, they are not out to just take your money. I have been told to wait before scaling, or even to reduce budget at times (covid), and definitely appreciate their team looking out for our store!
