This is the fastest ROI I've ever seen in an app. Not sure why I waited so long to install it, but I was making sales within minutes. Simple setup and set-and-forget structure make PushOwl a no-brainer. On top of that - great service and a very responsive team! I've even had the team reach out with optimization ideas and ways for us to make better connections with recipients. Very proactive approach to helping us as users maximize the software. We use Bestsellers reSort to manage a large number of SKU's across a variety of collections. The automated and customizable sorting rules allow us to put the right products in front of our shoppers as they spend time on our site. I love the ability to feature new items for a specific period of time, push out of stock to the bottom, and mix it up on occasion by choosing to sort a collection by revenue produced, inventory on hand, best sellers over a short or long period of time, etc. This is one that I recommend to any store with more than a handful of SKU's.

This app is an absolute game-changer for a growing business. The ability to see through the mountains of available data and have it laid out in a concise and actionable format is empowering in a way that gives me confidence in my decisions and a pulse on daily P&L that I've never had before.

I reached out to the support team, got a quick response from Ryanna, and the change was made and live on the site in a matter of minutes. Highly recommended! ----- Unbelievable customer service + unparalleled customization of upsell/cross-sell settings has made Limespot one of our most important apps. Our jewelry pieces usually have coordinating pieces (necklace with matching earrings and bracelet) and with all of the "big-data" automation options out there, we were still not getting the result we wanted. Limespot allows us to put a "complete the look" section on every product page with the matching pieces front and center. It does take some time to manually go through and match these pieces, but not as much as the other options we had explored prior to deciding to go with Limespot. The effort is worth it for us and we are already seeing great results. In addition to manually matching coordinating pieces, we have taken advantage of Limespot's technology to auto-populate bestseller and other similar categories. I can't say enough about how pleased I am to have found a recommendation engine that gives us the best of both worlds - the ease of automated suggestions and the ability to control individual suggestions that we prefer to be making. On top of this, the support team has helped us with visual customizations making it work well and look good in our store. Love it!

I absolutely love Gorgias! It has changed the way that I have done Customer Service. I love the Macros, and love that I can get through all my emails faster. It saves me so much time and effort when taking care of countless customers. I hope that Gorgias continues to improve and make updates to improve the sorting options. It would also be nice to be informed on what each update does so that I can implement it.
