Sensational platform, elegant, simple to admin’ and feature rich - support is the best there is. Get it.

It looks really good and the interface is slick. However, seems very buggy still - the widgets designed do not render as shown in the interface, also slow to render. Have contacted support and are waiting for a fix...

While the app seems to work OK - their install was one disaster after another. Incomplete install, multiple reminders to fix, broken cart, broken product pages and our cart and products are still broken. Have gone elsewhere for a fix and complete install

***Update*** Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse... After 3 days of this app throwing errors and giving away free products, bum code being installed multiple times, generally destroying our store and us banging our heads against their support staff in vain attempts to get get thing fixed we told Secomapp to uninstall CAREFULLY. Guess what - they screwed that up too!! - we are now getting liquid errors and our store is broken. Save your Sanity, save your business DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY they are cowboys. Astounded that companies like this get to provide apps for businesses that are actually trading. Shopify, you need to vet your App suppliers much better. ** UPDATE* OMG Developer was sent screen shots of issues for the 7th time - yes, 7th time - still no joy, unbelievable. About to stick head in oven. DO NOT Install this APP! Experience has been an absolute nightmare, communications with the developer have been repeated 5 times now and still the app is not working correctly. After spending days tying to get this up and working correctly the developer left a test free gift on last night - my customers bought heaps of free product presented buy the faulty app. Still not fixed and our store is showing free variants still. During install (the second time) poor / broken code saw our store throwing random pricing errors for a day. Questions the developer multiple times and still do not have an answer. Our in house developer has been mopping up after this app for two days Communication is a nightmare The repeated back and forth is unbelievable - I am loosing the will to live. Do no touch this app with a barge pole.

*UPATED* Recurring issue with recommendations not showing currencies correctly so effectively pricing all recommendations incorrectly, i.e higher. 4 emails to support and we have no fix and no reply from development. We are on a premium Plus plan and being charged accordingly - out of frustration have uninstalled and moved on. Appalling service at a premium price. *Original Review* It's a good app and does convert for us. Would rate higher if the interface was less complex.

Unbelievably good! The app is extremely capable and very well thought out, elegant and simple to use. However, the service and support is *absolutely outstanding* from these guys - like remarkable! We've dealt with a lot of apps and their developers over the years - never have I come across a more willing, helpful and downright capable support team. Outstanding. A terrific app and service that really is second to none. Do it!

This is a must have app' - saves hrs of editing and updates - Superb!

Privy is head and shoulders above any popup / messaging app we've tried. An we have tested many. Far superior to Sumo Me, Optinmonster, JustUno and the literally dozens of solutions we've trailed. The interface is elegant, simple to use and yet powerful - targeting & integration features are superb. So sorry we'd not found you months ago Privy!

Support on the install has been terrific, very fast and expertly thorough. We've looked at other wholesale Apps that create additional products and variants - STEER CLEAR OF THESE. They are a total nightmare. Not so with Wholesale. very easy and simple use.

Looked so promising, but after 2 weeks of trying to get any sort of meaningful support on a fundamentally simple question we've given up and have uninstalled the App' and gone elsewhere

Terrific litte app' - especially for the price. The support is absolutely outstanding! - we required a couple of minor formatting changes needed to fit our theme which took one email to support and was implemented in about 5 mins. Outstanding service - 5 stars!
