We were really struggling to find what should be simple: a clean, easy-to-read, quick-to-digest inventory insights app with some extra capabilities built for how Shopify actually works. After testing a handful of options, nothing felt right. The second we downloaded Rewize, it instantly looked like it would fit the bill. The UI is extremely clean....genuinely the cleanest I’ve seen of any inventory app. It’s simple, it’s thoughtful, and everything is laid out in a way that makes sense without needing a learning curve. The founders are incredibly responsive and dedicated to helping you make Rewize work for your specific use case. The whole system is intuitive, lightweight, and easy to use, while still giving you the insights you actually need at a glance. Highly recommend if you want real visibility into your catalog and an aesthetically pleasing user experience. This is exactly what we were searching for.

Loop is very user-friendly, and helps us streamline our return/exchange process. The best part is their support team! Anytime we have a question on specific orders, they always provide very thorough and easy-to-understand answers quickly. Shout-out to Rece for always being there for us. Would definitely recommend!

The Chatty support team is incredibly responsive and helpful! (shout-out Jasmine, Raymond, Abby, and Alicia for always providing thorough, helpful answers and handling our questions with care). It takes a lot of tweaking, but once you build a thorough FAQ section and question database, the AI chatbot is very knowledgeable and helpful for our customers. The more data we input, the better it gets. It's been a game changer for our customers and has helped reduce the amount of CS tickets we receive.

The Powerful Form Builder is super easy to use, has so many helpful features, and their support team is always prompt and thorough in their responses. Shout-out to Emma for being very helpful with the questions we've had while building our form!

a team member brought this app up as a suggestion of a way to mitigate/minimize the amount of tickets we get regarding people entering their address wrong, ordering the wrong item, and so on. Packages going to the wrong address, people ordering incorrectly, etc...can be costly for us as a business, from a shipping/reverse logistics standpoint, and from the perspective of team hours spent dealing with these customer errors. When we installed Order Editing, there was a fair amount of tweaking that needed to be done to get it running and customer-facing, but Hamish and Kiril were absolute rockstars, totally dedicated to their product and helping their customers. Love working with teams that care to this level. Order Editing has helped cut down on tickets, and produced additional revenue through added products! Highly recommend!

It was SUPER simple to set up—no fluff, just pure function and results. The size recommender quiz is critical for our site. Plus, it looks great on PDPs, too! Vestico UGC has made this incredibly easy with its simple, user-friendly interface. The app seamlessly integrates with our sizing recommender (also through Vestico), allowing us to display user-generated content from customers with similar sizing to those currently shopping or who have taken the sizing quiz. The Vestico team is incredibly helpful and thorough, ensuring we get the most out of their platform. Highly recommend!

We love PDQ! Their service, support, and communication are truly "software WITH a service." Not only did they increase conversion amongst our first-time customers (which used to be our highest ‘abandoned’ segment), but also helped us make use of priority shipping to capture additional revenues. So far so great! CS is responsive and thorough - app is easy to install and the ready-to-use badges are pretty great! Definitely loving this app so far; I also find it is very fairly priced, esp. compared to some other apps! Looking forward to using it further and hopefully seeing a conversion lift.

Since I launched my business I have said so many times, "there must be a Quickbooks-equivalent for Shopify/D2C merchants" because using QB as a D2C business is horrific and not of this era. Enter Finaloop! This is the perfect accounting software solution. Has already saved me time and made me breathe easier; team is also awesome! Loving it so far.
