PAMELA'S ART by PonsART - a Gift Shop and Marketplace

My store is a tad different than the model so it took a couple of tries to get it set up. However, Dave was relentless and got it done. The text is amazing and looks terrific. This app saves me a lot of time! Thank you, Dave!

Fast service and friendly support staff!

You guys seem to be doing a great job in spite of the fact that Facebook has deleted all 'marketplace' connections. From what I can tell, you are able to post on Instagram on my behalf. And, I thank you for that. I just wish someone could get rid of the pornographic messages that I receive in reply to my postings. The photographs are absolutely obscene!! And, I'm sick to death of it! Thank you.

Nice folks but I can't really review this yet because my print-on-demand company has not given me the option (until a day or two ago) to list products with variables that may not be available at times. So: Bottom line: It's too soon for me to leave a helpful; review.

Easy to set up and great customer service when needed. It's too soon for me to rate the effectiveness but I'll update my review when I know more.

I just installed this for the Fireworks. These folks did a fantastic job! And, their customer service is great.

I love how the icon sits in a location of my choice so that interested parties will be able to use it when they desire. And, the support staff is second-to-none if any changes need to be made.

Update: The App is slowing my store way down. Their Team is working on it though. I really like what this app does so I continue to give it 5 stars. I'm looking forward to the correction being made.

I've been using this app for about 6 weeks. Aby with customer support is terrific. They have assisted me in every way. I can't tell yet how it has impacted my store's traffic and will update my review with more information when available.

I've used this app for several years and I love it! They have a great selection of merchandise and are very helpful when needed. New products are added often which helps me to create an inviting product mix in my online store.

I love this App! My site is art-related and I really like the way the search bar expands when someone is looking for a product. And, Kate is terrific! She helped me get set up. I just added this app to supplement my existing inventory at Pamela's Art by PonsART. I had a few questions, and Angelo was very helpful. I'm looking forward to adding more items to my store as they become available.

Updated: 10-4-21: I love the idea of this app! But, I think they have made some changes since I first signed on and now I am unsure of what I'm able to do. And, I'm not certain the developers understand my questions. I'm feeling a little frustrated.

I'm still in the process of setting this up but everything looks terrific! I'll give it 5 stars for the program.

I love how the app sits on either the appropriate product page or in the Collection page. It's the perfect size with just the right about of information to help my customers if they have questions. And, the Customer Service folks are always ready to lend a hand if necessary.

This was super-easy to install. And, the customer service is terrific! I can see that this app will be a great help in my marketing efforts. I love how it incorporates my product photos *and* my customers like it too! Added: After using it for a few months, I continue to be totally satisfied with how this app works and with the continued 'second-to-none' Customer Service! Updated after the BF thru CM events: Even though I created worthwhile campaigns, I did not get a single sale! :-( I love, however, how they are always coming up with new ideas to help us get sales! Updating: I've been using this app for quite some time now and I love it! With everything they offer, and the great customer service, I couldn't be happier! When a Newsletter is sent, it always make me and my shop look *Good* - *Really Good*. Thank you, Seguno!!

Updated 11-28-2020: I have real questions about how they calculate emails being sent on my behalf! Stay tuned. I love all the automatic marketing templates! And, the Newsletters look fantastic! I'm still on the 'trial' but will plan to upgrade. So far, I have not had any sales but I feel with the help of SmartrMail, 'sales' are just around the corner. Set-up was easy and customer service is second to none. Give them a try!

WOW! It walks you through the steps and before you know it, you've created a video and it gets published when you're ready! Couldn't be easier! Love it!

This app just runs seamlessly in the background! It has increased sales for me. And, I highly recommend it! Up-dated: I've been using this app for well-over a year and am still highly satisfied with its performance. I continue to highly recommend it!

It's too soon for me to review this app. The 'system' nudged me to connect my store to Pinterest. All I had to do was 'allow' it. I'll provide more feedback in the days to come.

I've had this installed for a few months now. My store was hovering at '20' - this morning is is at '19'. Apparently, this is not working for me. Edited: Now that I understand how this app works, I am giving it a 5-star rating. I've received great customer support!

I'm using this app to create more interest and activity in my shop. It looks GREAT. I'm still waiting for my first sale however. The Customer Service is terrific!

It's too soon to give a full review; I'm on a free trial and am downloading products as quickly as I can so will up-date down the road. The app is easy to install; there is a great selection of suppliers and products from which to choose and which will complement my existing store. On the downside, I feel that the monthly fees are a tad too expensive. Edited: Since I first reviewed, I have discovered many quality suppliers and the customer service is second-to-none. I highly recommend this app!

So far, so good...it was easy to create an account and install it. I'll edit this when I have more to say.

I'm using this app to help me improve on my SEO, product descriptions and META data. I really like it! And, when I asked a question of the developer, he got right back to me! So far, I have not been able to find one single decoration or icon! I mean: There are no choices from which to choose. I don't 'get it'. :-(

I'm using this app to collect more subscribers as well as more sales. I like the way it performs on my site.
