Shannon has been a big help and has helped ease any concerns we have with extending our online platform into a new offer for our existing and future customers. Having a higher ticket eyewear and watch platform can easily scare customers off so having an option such as try before you buy we hope will increase our AOV, customer loyalty and bring in new clientele.
