This app developer has a lot of good options to prevent fraud and abandoned cart fraud. They really helped me find a solution and so far so good. Abandoned cart fraud ads a lot of bad emails to the crm system which can hurt deliverability on abandoned cart email efforts and no one wants their store being tested for fraudulent credit cards. The app does a lot of nice tasks like gathering reviews and helping you show them on your site but there is confusion because not all of the reviews are showing on google and the support is not very nice or helpful. I asked why some of the reviews are missing and never heard back. And the links to check your products are wrong in the admin. That would be ok except I have to pay $70 per month which is very expensive.
Excellent plugin, they have finetuned an affordable option for Google Merchant Center Feeds with granular feedback to improve and perfect all of your products. Plus, they offer excellent support for customization, sending videos that show how to add custom labels, manage inventory for drop shipping, and more. Thank you.
The app worked good for a while now there are all sorts of problems where the URL has something added to it and the item is rejected by google for now working. All kinds of problems now - the gtin is not going through either even though it is there.

Hi - the URL format has not changed since the app launched. You may see certain parameters being added in Merchant Center to the end of the URL for analytics, but it does not affect your website or product listing. The only issues I've seen recently were at most 7 products with an Unavailable Product Landing Page for one day, but that has nothing to do with the product URLs and should not have affected the majority of the products you list. This was due to our inability to read landing pages as for a short time period, some traffic from Google was being blocked by Shopify security protocols, but that has long since resolved. The GTINs aren't coming through because you have set your products to being "Custom Products", meaning they wouldn't have a GTIN. If you mark them as not being Custom Products, you'll see your GTINs being populated again. If you want more assistance, please submit a ticket at https://support.google.com/merchants/contact/shopify_3p_support_app There are many things I can't discuss about your store publicly that I can via support tickets, and I didn't see any existing support tickets before this review.
I have been using this app for quite some time and have had very good service with it. Lately Helen made a change so that I could have two ways to show the results depending on the category. It is always easy to use no drama and a very good deal. Highly recommend.
This app is easy to use and the customer service is very good. We were able to get my products up and running and everything is synced from shopify to etsy. thank you!
Nice to have a free app that helps with social media advertising but would love more features in shopify
Love this app because it made my store faster and they helped me get it working in my store. The dashboard shows the sales from it so it will be fun to watch it grow. It also shows what people are searching. With that said, I have 2 important feature requests - I want it to show the results by SALES not popular searches. I also want the merchandising feature to show a collection.

Great app - so functional and so good for my store and built in to shopify- have been using it for a few weeks now - cannot imagine life without it.
This app works very well. However, you should test it because all of the volume price apps can make the shopify discount box disappear. This was the case with me but they fixed it right away and did not stop helping until I was done. It was replacing another app in my store that did not work with 2.0. Another thing I learned was to pick the type of discount - in my case I picked from. It works well I just wanted to point out to install it and test your cart by adding things with discounts and things without discounts. Thank you for great service!
top notch app - have been using for years - always works great and when I upgraded to shopify 2.0 they reached out to make sure everything was ok and gave me an update right away - great team - can't thank enough.

This app does a great job at notifying our customers about their packages from multiple fulfillment centers. Best of all it can notify us about exceptions before they become a problem. It really makes us look good! Would highly recommend it.

This shipping app is the best one I have ever seen. We are able to offer shipping delivery quotes as "get it by" and we can have a lot of customizations that make our customers so happy and they make us so happy! OMG this app is fantastic! It works perfectly right away. I love being able to customize our invoice and to have so many options for other forms, too. And it is great to have the choice for a returns form. We love being able to print such a good looking invoice and we love being able to type on it before we print it!
I have tried a few of the feed optimise apps and let me tell you this is the one! This developer is so amazing. He took my feed and got it into Google right away. And he has a wonderful admin panel that really is great to use. I can't say enough about him. Plus he fixed a lot of stuff on the fly. I have never seen such good service!! Thank you!
This app is a life saver because it solves one of the downsides to shopify which is the lack of subcategories. Not only that but it displays a great navigation system based on the category my customers are using and it shows breadcrumbs at the top and better still the developer customized it to my site in a matter of minutes within 24 hours.
