Ultimately it was discovered that the problem was on our end, but we truly appreciate all of their efforts for heavily researching and going out of their way to help us resolve the problem!

Works great and it really does increase your average order value. The customer service is very responsive if you happen to need it. It's really a great tool to show your customers some of those 'lost in the fray' items that is inevitable with larger stores.

Helps create multiple sales and brings new products to customers attention.If you have a design lead store like we do, then the ability is hand pick the items you want to see for each product is an absolute must. the cross sell app makes it really easy and quick. The tech support is also quick should you need any help, but on a whole the app works with very little help needed. I would highly recommend cross sell.

I didn't know what to expect and had this app sitting around for months. We finally got to work on it and tested cross-sells. The orders began coming in and increased over the months thanks to cross-sell. It is a very stable app, not hard to use and the customer service team is both responsive and knows what they are doing. I'm only using about 10% of what this app has to offer and intend to learn more of its features and implement the ones that make sense for us. Highly recommended.

Love that this app allows us to select specific upsell items per product, not just generic offerings. The support staff are always amazing. I've contacted them a few times and I've always found them friendly and very helpful.

Does what it says on the tin! Can easily see sales attributed to its features, making it much easier to justify the cost. Excellent support too.

Cross sell team are very helpful, although sometimes the time difference make the response slightly delay but otherwise very responsive. Apps are not the easiest to use, but it deliver the purpose that our store is looking for. The selling conversion is also higher than expected. Recommended.

A great app to use for your store - gives you the opportunity to manually add recommendations & add ons across your site. As a new user of this app I have had the best support for the Cross Sell Support Team - they're happy to answer any queries and are quick to resolve any issues that may come up.

The app was easy to install and the cross sell support team were helpful in answering my questions. There were a few things that needed to be changed to suit our branding however this was done promptly :)

This app has perfectly transformed my website to allow customers to add items to smash and select upgrades for my rage room. I installed another third party app that interfered with the Cross Sell & Cart Upsell app. I sent a message to the Jorge, and their dev team added code to my store and fixed the issue. We have been using the Cross Sell app for a few months now and we have seen an increase on sales from it. We needed some help updating the app to show specific products and the customer service team was fast and helpful.

This is one of the best apps I use - it more than pays for itself. I love that it lets me hand-pick which items to suggest for each product. That helps my shop keep its small biz feel even though I'm using a big-biz tool.

I love this app, we have beeen using it for quite a while. A recent update created a problem with double posting the cross sells on our site, and they responded and fixed it almost as fast as I can write this review. Top tier support! Edit 9-30-22: Once again they blow me away with their support. Had an issue implementing a new theme, and they fixed the issue, updated my version of their app (we were still running an older version) and tweaked the code to make it look awesome. A+ support all around!

We downloaded this app after previously using another one that we found was dated and hard to navigate. Since using this app it was super easy to select hand picked cross sells, the app was easy to use and understand, we found it more modern, and suited our website perfectly. We've had only one issue with the display pics on website, being a bit out of line (not looking how we wanted it to look) however we emailed the support team and got a super speedy response, henry was so helpful and fixed the issue we had straight away, super easy process! Really enjoying this app! :)

Does what we wanted and more. Cross selling is a much needed feature, but to be able to analyse sales through cross selling with this app, is great for visual merchandising and for campaign activity.

Now the app is installed and works so much better than the app I was using before. It's AI does a great job of recommending other products to my customers that are a natural fit with what they are looking at. Great product, great service, great price. Couldn't ask for more.
