Great app with all the configuration options that we need that has been performing reliably for some 1.5 years now. And I've had great experiences with their support, they generally reply to any emails within hours (sometimes within minutes!) and a small feature request was implemented the same day! Can highly recommend them if you need formal invoices.

Excellent app and outstanding support! We’ve tried several invoicing apps, but Softify has been the only one that truly solved all our challenges with running a multi-language and multi-currency Shopify store. It allows us to create specific templates for each language and currency, and customize them with the country-specific information required for our international markets. Since we sell across Europe, the US, Canada, and Australia, this flexibility is key to keeping our exports smooth and avoiding delays. On top of that, their support team helped us configure a custom .CSV file with the exact columns needed for our accounting team — in less than 24 hours! That was a huge help to keep all our data well-organized and consistent. Highly recommended for anyone managing international sales on Shopify.

Although the app is a bit limited for manual invoices, it's perfect for webshop invoices. Their team is highly recommended, they do everything they can to tailor the app to your needs. Highly recommended!
Invoice templates are sharp and professional, LOVE being able to send the PDF version to wholesale customers right from the order page AND they can access from their account if logged into Shopify. Customer support is top notch and timely. Highly recommend if trying to add the wholesale management to your platform basic Shopify plan.

We have worked with Softify and they have been amazing in accommodating some extra requirements for invoices/credit notes to bring in additional information that is custom into invoices. The support team have been great and prompt with responses and solutions
Their support has been first class. Prompt, clear dialogue which is all condusive to us keeping using it and finding new uses. Would be great if we could separate out a proforma invoice from a draft order.
Easy setup and GREAT support from the Softify team when it came to small template amendments. Softify syncs very well with Shopify, updating refunds and any order amendments. Would highly recommend it as an easy to set up tool.
Just starting using Softify and it is excellent - gives incredible functionality for sending invoices and combined with Shopify's new setting for Net payment on orders, makes B2B much simpler. Support is also super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
We already use this app on another shop and are so satisfied we decided to add it to our second store! Their customer support helped us with the set up because we needed to really personalize their template. They are quick to reply and always do their best to help. Highly recommended!
I've tried a couple of Invoicing plugins, and this is by far the best! It's nice that the order notes/additional details can be added to the PDF invoices which automatically send as an attachment via email. Support can help customize it, and they're very responsive! Would highly recommend this app.
we recently switched to Softify from another invoicing software because we were not getting the customer support we needed. So far, Softify customer support has been great, they work quickly and are solution oriented. Our invoices are running smoothly, and works great with our shopify.
This app is easy to use with all the options you need and one of the best customer service I've seen. The templates weren't working for us and I was not sure if they would be able to add the information I needed. I just contacted them and Anthony was so quick to answer. He did his best to help and now everything is working. We already plan to install the app on another shop!

We had an issue with an app interfering with the Softify app. We reach out to see if we would be able to get some help - Anthony was quick to answer our emails and adjust our coding so that it would work on our website again! It was a quick and seamless experience. We used to use Sufio invoices, but switched over because Softify offers better templates, and customer service and it more affordable!
This app lets us send out customized invoices and quotes to our customers that look extremely professional. I think the best value you get from working with Softify has been their high level of customer service. You don't feel like a burden to them, or like they just leave you out to dry. You get to work with them individually and they help with any more in depth modifications that you need and it is in an extremely fast manner. I love working with these guys!
This Invoice app is amazing! You can edit so many things etc and everything looks so neat and professional. The auto email invoice is awesome to have after payment. Our customers love how they can receive their invoice immediately after ordering and by logging onto their account to download. Templates and designs are great. We have 3 Shopify Stores and use Softify on all 3 stores ;) Anthony is also great when asking for assistance and editing help! Keep it up Softify Team!!!! :))))

Very good app! Great support and perfect for localizing in any language/currency e.t.c. We had some special requests for different countries (from the EU exporting) and they were very supportive in solving our issues ASAP.
With a complicated configuration, our business needed a particular customization of the Templates. After testing almost every Invoice Apps on the Store, Easy Invoice+ is the more flexible and only one with the largest customization possibilities. With their support, they have been able to modify, configure and customize our templates exactly how we need. The support is just amazing, and Anthony as their team, worked hard to make everything right for us. I can only recommend their work and dedication ! Easy Invoice app is the first invoice software I chose out of the available ones in Shopify and I didn't have to look any further. The app is great and easy to use but what's even greater is the customer support behind it. Paul and Anthony have been nothing but wonderful. They resolved every little issue in a timely manner. Their professionalism is much appreciated! So highly recommend it!

The Easy Invoice Team is amazing! They are quick to respond to our questions and have been able to customize our very specific needs for invoicing. We tried other apps and we are so happy that we use Easy Invoice for both of our Shopify stores. We called Anthony our HERO today because he fulfilled our custom requests which allowed us to work with a brand new customer that has specific requirements on their invoices.
This product offers an effective service for a B2B model where customized invoices are needed. On top of that, they have a ready and willing team that will jump on a quick call to answer any questions, a faster and more effective approach then email support tickets.

This is the best invoice app in the shopify app store hands down. We have never actually reviewed an app before but we just had to for these guys. We needed very specific invoicing requirements for our clients and Paul and the team worked with us to help set up the account for weeks. The never got annoyed and were always happy to help. If you need customization this is the app for you. Thanks guys!
So far, everything is working fine. I especially appreciate the app's automatic upload to a Drive provider. The support is also extremely fast and responded directly to my concerns and implemented them with complete satisfaction.
This app and its developers? A solid 5 out of 5. The invoice options make designing a custom tailored invoice (visually) very simple. There is also a lot of customisation in terms of other aspects, such as the way the invoice email appears, or at which stage of the order the invoices are sent which is perfect for businesses that may need to issue an invoice on fulfillment as opposed to at payment. These however, do not compare to the level of service we have received from the team at Softify OU. While we were using the free trial, and not paying customers (yet), they responded to emails within hours, and helped us custom tailor and custom program a very simple solution to a problem that was due to deficiencies in the software of other apps. We definitely recommend Easy Invoice for your invoice requirements on Shopify!
This app has no limitations and the customer service is second to none. After downloading about 5 different invoice apps I was really struggling to find a system that worked for me. I needed a few things adding to my easy invoice app such as integrating with bundle builder and infinate options, but when I contacted Paul there was no questions needed and the team did everything for me. Honestly don't bother with any other apps. **04/07/21 - I wanted to leave another review but found that I could only update this one. I need to reiterate how amazing this app is but first and foremost Paul who has now moved things and changed my templates many times, worked with another app I use in order to integrate effectively. Paul makes everything so much easier for me and I cannot recommend him enough.
Get support team and totally customizable invoices. We had a custom field that we needed populated on our invoices and the easy invoice team were able to make it happen!

Love this app. We use it on multiple stores. Gives us a lot of functionality that doesn't exist inside of Shopify. Also, Paul and team provide great customer support. They made a tweak to the app to add functionality when we needed something slightly different. Highly recommended!

Still early days with this app but liking it so far! Offers features that no other invoicing apps do - on a day to day basis we are printing well over 50 orders and many apps only pull from the order page. Easy Invoice+ has an easy to use interface and dashboard that lets you download/print 100 orders at a time and has a search function that searches tags!! We struggled to find this elsewhere. The support is 5 star, Paul was so helpful and super quick to resolve our problems. Thank you!

Incredible customer support! We don't yet have the invoices live but the support we've received so far is some of the best we've ever received from a Shopify App.
Man the developer team of this app is AWESOME! I contracted Paul to custom create our invoice for us. To be clear the invoice that we need was informative and tough to make with all sorts of coding required at the backend. Paul did it superbly. I can't thank him and his team enough for their efforts. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this app and their services to merchants that require extensive customizations/modifications or even simple invoices :) This dev team is the best :)
I used this app to help me track my orders by printing the invoice on a sticker and placing on my product box. They were very helpful in customizing it to our specific needs. The service is quick and really easy to deal with. Very positive experience.

the peeps here at Easy Invoice make life with Shopify Invoices just that ... EASY. Since I've been using this app (about 2 years now) they've added considerable functionality like editing your invoice if you wanted to include more details as well as printing, saving as .pdf to email, and a host of other things. You'd be crazy not to give this a go and find out what great customer service they provide as well. That alone to me in *priceless*.
This app and its team are my SAVIOR! My warehouse team really needed an individual product barcode on each printed invoice as well as the necessary information to make their life easier. And Easy Invoice's customer service was FAST, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure that they will adjust to our needs. After they made the adjustments, we tested the barcode (UPC per SKU) on the invoice and it worked beautifully! They also added our request for the size and SKU to show on the invoice as well. I never experienced a Shopify app team where they customize to our VERY specific needs. Easy Invoice now has a life-time customer. I really recommend talking to their customer service, it's top tier quality and response. Thank you again for making this such an excellent experience for us. Our warehouse doesn't have to manually put in the UPC code anymore for each order. We are 110% satisfied with this service. It's only application with which I can connect many of my shopify stores. All my Invoice from all my shops now have a numbering that follows Perfect customer service, they created me a personalized invoice (in good standing with the French legislation) and answered all my needs and my expectations during the day The best billing app ! Very easy to install and make changes to there app. I created custom invoices in minutes plus this app company has been quick to help me make additional custom changes to include carrier tracking info and order# bar code.
