A great app with a lot of thoughtful and unique features (e.g. AI review drafting). It's also has more affordable tiers for a new store like ours. A little bit tricker to set up due to the amount of features and customisation possible - I was able to do most of it myself no problem but a couple of the more advanced features I needed to reach out to the developer, William. After testing many different review apps on Shopify, this one stands out by far as the best. You can immediately tell it's well-coded — everything works smoothly, and the interface is clean and intuitive. Despite its simplicity, it includes all the key features I need: review requests, AI-assisted reviews, and more. The pricing is very reasonable, and support has been excellent. The developer was quick to respond and even helped me implement a Japanese translation for my store, which I really appreciate. If I ever need another app in the future, I’ll definitely check first to see if this developer offers one — that's how good the experience has been.

It is not so easy, to adapt a review system as Rapid Reviews for an other Language as english! We made more than once a mistake, but William could help us very fast and very unsophisticated to bring the Reviews working. Now, we got the review System we ever wanted.

The Shopify App Store can be frustrating at times: some apps look great at first, but when you install them you‘re often confronted with bugs, mediocre code that slows down your store and even worse customer service. And I am not even talking about hidden cost and unrealistic pricing schemes for small stores. Rapid Reviews and especially the developer William are the total opposite: super fast response times to emails, openness for suggestions and - most importantly - a clean app which is tuned for speed and performance. For someone as tech challenged as I am, the app's back end is a bit hard to navigate at first. However, the developer is extremely responsive and helpful, and that makes everything better. I also appreciate that he is only a couple of time zones away - unlike most of the better known review apps, where customer support is scattered all over the world. This makes it much easier to get support when it's needed.

I would highly recommend this app. After testing many product reviews apps this was the only one that did not have a negative impact to the speed of our website. This is important because this app is loading on every product page. The app is packed full of features and easy to use. I keep finding new features like adding the App as a extension in the admin panel to the edit product page. This allows you to manage the reviews for a product directly from the edit product page. William Belk has been the most responsive app developer I have communicated with. He was quick to add a new feature, and that is something I have never seen happen from an app developer. He created a new Flow trigger for Rapid Reviews that runs when a "Review is published". This allows us to automate adding reward points to our Loyalty app.

I've been using Rapid Reviews for two of my Shopify stores since last year. I switched from Stamped to Rapid Reviews and couldn't be happier! Stamped was beginning to slow my site down. l have been using rapid reviews for a few months now. lt is an excellent app and the service provided is truely one of the kind. Setting everything up is extremely easy and there are instruction docs provided on almost every aspect of the app. Furthermore, if you do run into any trouble William Belk is quick to respond and ready to solve your issue. l doubt that you could get this kind of service with any other review app and l highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable and customer friendly review app. Don't waste your time on other apps. In the past we worked with many review platforms. We were one of the first paying customers of yotpo, but over time, we did not get any new features unless we would have upgraded to insanely expensive plans. Then we switched to stamped.io . Because of their poor code quality our checkout broke, which is of course horrible, and so we switched to reviews.io OVerall their integration was sluggish and we could not customize it the way we wanted to. I did a not of research, looked into Junip etc but then found rapidreviews. As the name implies, the reviews are in fact rapid. We got a long free trial and the owner William Belk, was really good in helping us getting reviews imported, and getting set up. The speed, service level as well as the low price are all reasons we will keep working with rapidreviews. We are able to integrate with Klaviyo and collect our reviews that way. They also have their own AMP template which is nice, but at this point I am more interested in video reviews. While rapidreviews can collect them, it is right now not something you can promote with AMP or their regular emails. I would love to have the ability to push video reviews more with rapidreviews, as those are what moves the needle the most. Overall still 5 stars for Rapidreviews

We tried a few different review tools - Vitals, Loox, Judge.me - and Rapid Reviews was by far the best. It's fast. It looks great on mobile. And William is very helpful with any questions that we've had come up. Seriously - so many of these tools don't load reviews very quickly on mobile. If you were a restaurant, it's like the host stand being empty. Not ok! Try Rapid Reviews!! Do it now!!!

This is honestly the best review app on the market for a great price! Why? - Easy setup! I'm not a coder AT ALL and everything just went very smooth, very clear help section. - You can try for 20 days, which gives you ample time for setup and testing. Other apps are no trial or very short! - Does not slow down your shop. Saw horrible results after adding other review app with shops of people I know - If you need help, you can just contact William, the developer, and he reacts immideately. It's just crazy! I have the app installed for only 2 days and have already gathered some reviews, which I honestly never expect. Don't hesistate with this one, just install ;)

The fact that William will go ahead and white glove everything for you is incredible. If you have ever installed apps before you know it can be hit or miss if everything gets installed correctly. Upgraded from Judge.Me so I could take advantage of more features at a better value, and I could not be happier. This app is very inclusive and has everything we wanted + some. With my attention needed elsewhere, William was more than happy to help with setting my store up with the basics and removing all the extra code Judge.Me put in so I could go in and do the small edits where needed. That was a HUGE help, allowing me to get the new theme published within 24hrs. What I love the most about this app is the price. We sell on a more seasonal cycle, therefore there are months where we could go as little as 1-5 sales. Judge.Me doesn't care. They'll charge $15/mo for the features in this app, but I really really like that William's app accounts for this. Thanks for everything, William!

We switched to Rapid Reviews after Shopify announced they would be moving away from their platform-sponsored reviews app. The integration was relatively straightforward and I was able to upload our pre-existing reviews with no difficulty. When I did have questions, William was super helpful and quick in his response. The layout is clean, well-presented, and I look forward to hearing from our customers about their experience with this app!

We are a small bespoke business and our reviews are not plentiful, but they are authentic and well regarded by other customers, so the process of gathering and managing them is critical to us. We have been using another provider for two years, and have faced constant issues -political and physical on how they were handled and published. After ignoring the first few email solicits from William at Rapid Reviews, I finally gave in and had a one-on-one conference to discuss my issues and needs going forward. I wish I had responded to his emails immediately and wish this platform was available to me two years ago. I was swapped out and up and seamlessly running on the new platform within 24 hours. The platform is genius, logical, and lightning fast as are the responses for support and assistance. Five stars, oh to hell with it - TEN STARS!!

We switched to Rapid Reviews after being on our previous Reviews App for about 5 years. The main reason for our switch was due to our previous review app becoming increasingly slower on both the admin panel and the customer facing reviews/questions sections. Additionally, when a major technical issue occurred within the old reviews app, it took a MINIMUM of 24 hours for their customer support to simply acknowledge our urgent email support request. Then, it took another 4-5 days for them to fix the major technical issue with their app. Even worse, the same issue occurred twice over the last 6 months, with both problems taking days to fix. Based on the above issues with our previous app, we started looking at other highly rated Shopify Review Apps and ultimately decided on Rapid Reviews for the following reasons: 1. William, the app developer is extremely knowledgable on the Shopify platform and is outstanding to work with. He has excellent communication skills and always gets back to us promptly when we have a question or a request. 2. Switching from our previous platform to Rapid Reviews was very straight forward. William really did all of the work. We did NOT have to export and re-import all of our reviews, media, and questions/answers from our old app to the Rapid Reviews platform. MOVING LARGE AMOUNTS OF DATA AND MEDIA IS PROBABLY THE MAIN REASON WHY MANY SHOPIFY WEBSITE OWNERS ARE HESITANT TO SWITCH REVIEW APPS. It seems like other review app developers make it VERY hard to switch to another review app. William seamlessly performed these critical transfer steps for us. 3. The Rapid Reviews app responds very quickly in both the Admin panel and on our website. We love this response and the fact that customers can word search all of the reviews and questions/answers sections quickly. Keyword search capability is very important to us and our customers. 4. Our Shopify Theme "Speed Score" is the highest it has been in years. This speed score increased immediately after switching to Rapid Reviews. We are not surprised since our previous review app was routinely taking 5 to 30 seconds to load reviews and perform search functions. Rapid Reviews really does load immediately. We are not surprised that this app has so many 5 Star reviews!

Great customer service and easy to use!

So happy I came across Rapid Reviews. The app is so fast and has fixed the problem I had with reviews not displaying correctly and loading very slowly, as a result of the previous reviews app I was using. Setup was fairly straightforward and William was always there to help and answer any questions I had very quickly.

So far this is the simplest review app I've tried (in the best way). William is extremely helpful and personally got us all set up. Why do all the review apps suck? This one is absolutely worth your money (and it's more affordable than the others?!) I think it's maybe a bit hard to use, but I'm sure future updates will make it more dummy friendly.

This app has a low impact on your shop's performance, and William is quick to assist with setup and support. My previous reviews collector had a negative effect on my Shopify Performance score. As I was exploring ways to improve speed, William reached out with helpful information and statistics. After making several adjustments, such as reducing animations and standardizing the color palette, I noticed some modest improvements in performance. Great support, the switch was easy. We were able to import all our YotPo reviews and not only save $400/mo, but our website is 18 points faster on pagespeed insights using Rapid Reviews as opposed to YotPo, which is huge for us.

We've recently migrated over to Rapid Reviews from Stamped.io. Stamped was massively slowing our site down and the admin took a decade to load. We were paying a lot and quite a few of the features weren't included and its refreshing to know the premium features are included as standard. Will has been fab helping us with setup when we had some teething issues. He's quick to respond and will jump on a screenshare if needed. 100% recommend Rapid Reviews.

I dont write reviews but I have to write this one because Will was amazing. We were with Stamped.io, set it all up, it was not easy but we did it. It worked for a few days and stopped. Their customer service was non existent. We were recommended Rapidreviews and we took the switch. The set up is amazingly easy. Then, William (from Rapid) reached out to us and offered to set up anything else we needed (with suggestions). We got him to add star reviews on our collection page products, and he did so the very next business day. We didn't even reach out to him, he straight up sent us an email and offered. The app is fantastic. I highly recommend making the switch or starting with Rapid if you are new.

Great app. Rapid Reviews has vastly improved our review elements load speed from our previous app. It's functionality and widgets are also very good as is the price. Support from the developer for both the installation and changeover are very responsive to ensure a smooth process. Would definitely recommend with hesitation.
