I've used Okendo with two different brands and have been very happy with the tool and the support. They are very responsive with any questions and the tool itself is very user-friendly. It also integrates easily with our tech stack.

Redo has changed our post purchase processes for the better. We were with Loop Returns for 3 years, but their system was complex and expensive and required a 12 month contract. Redo is better, no contract, and we have a far better customer experience. Redo now handles all of our returns, exchanges, warranties, shipping claims in one platform, rather than split between Returns platform, and claims platform, and customer service platform for warranties. With Redo, our customers issues get resolves twice as fast. The Redo Team was super helpful with implementation. Highly recommend the app.

The Intelligems team has been great to work with and very helpful in setting up our initial tests. The app functions as expected and is super intuitive.

Rebuy has been really helpful in optimizing our checkout experience. I would prefer different pricing terms - I don't think it's fair to charge per order whether they have any impact on the order or not.

We've been using Re:amaze for a few years now and have loved our experience. It is a great tool for automating some of our emails and chats and the analytics are very helpful for growing and scaling our business. The support staff is always helpful and quick to reply.

Love Shipstation. Its a great platform to not only ship, but also run some of our production operations. Shipstation has helped us fulfil over 400,000 orders to date.

AdRoll has been great. Our CPA is a little lower than our current social ads, because of their bulk purchasing. We are also doing a lot of outreach and time will tell if that strategy is positive for the long run, but so far we have a 3-4X ROI. I would recommend the app to companies ready to make the jump from just social ads to a more robust advertising strategy.

Retarget App has been great to work with. Our retargeting ROI has been excellent. We have every reason to continue with Retarget App.

This service is awesome! I have no complaints. We've made countless edits to our site since using this app. NOTE: if you're having trouble viewing the heat map, make sure you're not using an ad blocker. The heatmap won't show up if you do.

This is a good service to use to improve Average order value. We definitely made our money back within a week. My only feedback would be more CSS customization of the popup. It looks a little out of place. Perhaps some color would improve conversion rate.

Great service. I have had a few issues with A/B testing. Could have been our shopify theme. It's a little complicated, but by far one of the most robust popup software companies. My only feedback would be to keep pricing low, as I feel I am overpaying for services. Maybe increase the number of impressions per payment tier.

Love the app. Its exactly what we need. I like how the contact form tells us something about our customers, so we are informed when responding to them.

So far so good. I love how easy the App is to implement on my custom products. No other app on Shopify is as loaded as this one. Super impressed, and will likely install a few other BOLD apps, because of my experience with Product Options.
