Great app ! Easy to use, great and kind support.

The Dr Free Gift is a great app. And the customer service is great. The app is very easy to use and, more importantly, it increases sales! When we offer a free gift if a customer spends a certain amount we always show increased revenue. Customers want the free gifts and will spend extra to get them. This app is a must-have if you are in e-commerce. B. Fuller Thank you for sharing your amazing review!

Thank you so much for sharing your review and we look forward to working with you in the future.

Update They contacted and fixed the issue. After half a month of testing, the problem has been solved and work stably, so I am willing to change my review. ---- I have been using this app for several months. When I first started using it, I found that adding it to the top of side cart would cause the "check out" and "view cart" buttons to be pushed out of the screen. In this way, customers could not continue to process order, so I contacted the support staff. First time they solved the problem very professionally and told me that it needs to be added to the product section I never edit this setting after that. But one day I found that I could no longer see the widget in the side cart. I tried several times but unable to save it after adding to product section And yesterday, I started an Easter sale and this widget was necessary for me, so I asked support again to deal with it. They changed my setting and added the widget on top side cart while I was sleeping, causing the customer can’t find the button to check out after add to cart! ——Because the "check out" button in side cart was pushed out of the screen! This time period is a very important trading time for the store. It is really a very bad service! We are very sorry about our mistake. A junior team member was doing a routine check and despite their best intentions they reconfigured your custom-configured widget in a way that resulted in the issue that you experienced. We have taken this very seriously. We released a feature which ensured that custom-placed widgets are no longer be editable. We are improving our team's knowledge base to help new team members get up to speed faster. Finally, we re-configured the custom widget correctly so you can keep using the app. Let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

A great Free Gifts app! Easy to onboard, easy for a non-developer to set up and use consistently. Customers are always happy with the auto-load and it provides tools to customize the free gift for different countries. I had a question about our country set up and was able to chat with support and had solved the question in minutes. Would recommend! Thank you for your amazing review! We are happy that the app is meeting your needs and we look forward to working with you in the future.

An amazing app with an exceptional team. I tried many apps but couldn't find one quite like this app at a good price. Would recommend and use it for our other websites. I was struggling to integrate this app but the team helped me every step of the way. Thank you for posting your amazing review! We appreciate your business and we look forward to working with you in the future. Please don't hesitate to reach out.

I needed an app to add a free good to my cart based on customers agreeing to my marketing (email or text). This was the app that did it! I had to download both of their apps to make it work but it’s working just as I intended and Toby was very responsive and even finished setting it up when I had some issues. Customer service was top notch! Would highly recommend. Thank you so much for your amazing review! It was a pleasure for us to assist you and please don't hesitate to reach out in the future.

Great app, very usefull. I contacted the customer service a lot of time and they are quick helpful. Many thanks!

We researched all the gift in cart apps before making our decision and we are very happy with our choice. The setup was simple and making changes and updates has been very easy to navigate. Customer support has been great which isn't always the case with Shopify apps - Toby has been super responsive and helpful with all our questions.

This is the only ap that worked the way I wanted it to. It will automatically (with no clicks required by the customer) add a gift when they spend x amount of money, and it shows up in their shopping cart before they pay. It's right there when they click on their Shopify cart logo. Awesome.

This app works GREAT for our store! Setting up gifts and goals is easy and we especially love that customers do not have to use codes. Free items are just automatically added to their cart. Customer support is fast and offer easy-to-understand solutions. No custom coding to get solutions to work, just install and you are up and running in a couple of minutes!

We're new to this app but are really enjoying it. When we installed last week, we were able to get the customization we wanted for the appearance of the progress bar. We also had a couple of things that we misunderstood, and Toby was very helpful and responsive to our needs. He explained what we needed to do and offered any additional help we needed. I would recommend this app for stores that want to try a free gift and/or free shipping offer.

Great app and great support from Toby who helped make some changes so the app looks perfect on our store. We use it for automatically adding a free gift to the cart and also to display a progress bar to encourage more sales. No issues at all.

Fantastic customer service, Yavor was always super reactive and answered our questions in no time, setup is smooth and the app offers advanced goal rules for freebies.

Funktioniert sehr gut und der Service hilft einem bei Problemen schnell weiter! Vielen Dank und weiter so!

Just WOW! We are now successfully using this app on our second store and the functionality is just extremely good. We requested a small feature and 1 hour later we received an email from the head-developer "Yavor Milchev", that the requested functionality was built into the app and updated to our store. It worked after the first try. If anyone is looking for a bug-free "Free-Gift-On-Cart"-App, you will miss out if you wont choose this one.

The only app I could find that allows you to advertise on site a buy X get X offer in Shopify and automatically add the free gift to cart. Does this at an accessible price point and in a simple way!

Excellent, helpful, and quick support – they solved our issue within a few hours after reporting it. Super fast!

Simple and comprehensive plugin! It really covers all our needs with gifting/checkout incentives. Very thoughtful, customizable design with great support!

Fantastic app! The functionality of the app works well and provides a great customer experience. The support team was so helpful in customising our widgets, to suit our store. They really went the extra mile. So, thank you!

Absolutely amazing experience with this app! They were on top of activation and helped us out with our custom theme for two days straight to get it 100% how we wanted it. They even worked on some of my theme settings to fix some issues. Above and beyond service and the app works amazingly. The gift bar looks beautiful and fits our theme perfectly. It functions perfect in cart and doesn't allow customers to cheat the system. With the implementation being such a breeze I can only imagine how easy this will be for a stock Shopify store. Highly suggest the app and the staff are fantastic.

La aplicación funciona correctamente cuando se crea una oferta para ofrecer un regalo en los pedidos, cuando sucede un problema el soporte te ayuda a resolverlo

I appreciate those All‑in‑One apps which are compatible with my every theme and well-performing at the front store!

I was looking for hours for the right free gift app. Most of them don't have the auto add to cart feature like this one does and all of them didn't have exactly what I needed. Not only is this app is exactly what I needed, it also seamlessly integrated with my theme and other apps. It has more options than any other free gift app. I asked for a special request and Yavor perfectly fulfilled it within minutes! Literally had an email 5 minutes later saying he had coded in what I asked for! 100/100 app! Awesome support. I use their other apps on my store too.

I had some issues getting my widget to update after I installed a new theme. I contacted support and they were able to not only explain what the problem was, but correct it for me within hours of reaching out. Love this app and their great customer service. Highly recommend!

So far we're very happy, great customer service and the app does exactly what we needed. Keep it up :)

I tried three different apps before this one and I had to delete them all. This one works! And the customer service was prompt and anticipated my needs. They just fixed the small tweaks I needed! Totally recommend!

I've got one word for this app: Perfect! I was able to set up my free gifts and the progress bar seamlessly, and the support is top-tier. I received support from the app developers, very efficiently, on multiple occasions. I would definitely recommend this app!

Phenomenal app! One of the easiest and most intuitive implementations we've experienced. We love that in addition to the gifted product option, we can offer easy incremental discounts based on spend without needing to give our customers multiple codes. PLEASE develop a bundling and "shop the look" app--we'd love to use one from this developer!

I recently tried out the All‑in‑One Free Gift on Cart app, and I was absolutely delighted with how easy it was to use. With just a few clicks, I was able to give my customers personalised gifts with every purchase. This not only increased their satisfaction but also my sales. What's more, the app gives you the option to customise your own gifts, which allowed me to offer something special and unique for each customer. There's no doubt that this app saved me both time and money in providing an amazing shopping experience for my customers - I highly recommend it!

Just signed up, but had a few questions already and customer service took care of it within minutes. Super fast response and helped me with everything I needed! So far so good.

Great customer service! Solved my issue in just a few emails

This app allowed us to do a GWP at a particular price point and customers could pick from two options which was really nice. I also liked being able to add the "you're $x close to free shipping" as well. Both of the app developers are very responsive to email queries/help needed and lay things out clearly. Would def rec!

Great app, very smart. It allowed me to reach my goals with a very nice visual. Support is great, very fast, affordable and effective.

This app is great and much better than another one I had tried before. I love the Shop Doctors apps, they always work very reliably and have lots of configuration options and help.

L'application est très pratique et le support est très rapide ! On recommande à 100% cette application

Great help from Toby H! Thanks! Excellent and easy to configure solution with free gift on cart and all-in-one discount on cart

really great app, i can 100% recommend this. im totally happy with it and the support is super fast and nice!

This app has helped me to create a free gift program based on cart value, and I've seen order # increase and abandoned carts drop since I started using it. I don't have any other promotions going on right now, yet order volume and amount has gone up. So I'm very pleased. Customers are able to see the free gift options and choose exactly what they want- and see the dollar value of that gift. Typically I would throw some freebies in with orders, but they'd either go unseen, or customers would contact me that they got wrong items in their order and sometimes even seem irritated. Not any more! I reached out to customer support to ask about something and they responded very promptly with my answer.

I use 2 of their apps, both work very well, they answered all my questions quickly and offered solutions. Thank you for the correct and quick help.

We love this APP and the cusomer support team! We could use it easily without any professional skills since the app provide very detailed step-by-step instructions. Every time we had some troubles, the customer support team responded rapidly and solved the problems.

All‑in‑One Free Gift on Cart're a great app, Co-founder & Developer's very helpful and makes custom changes for any feature request.

This developer has thought of almost everything. Seriously. I have been in business for 10 years and have been waiting for someone to come along that is intuitive in their apps. The All-In-One Free Gift not only allows me to move my overstock inventory, but it gives me a nice incentive bar to show customers how far away they are from receiving another gift. AND, I can do free or reduced shipping on the same bar, helping me eliminate another paid app I have had for over 5 years. Price is affordable for small or boutique businesses, too. Thank you!

So easy to set up, perfect for my little store. Ensure you have SKU numbers assigned on your products before choosing them for the free item. Good price as well, i just needed something simple and easy. Lightning fast support, outside of normal business hours. Very pleased.

outstanding customer support. I needed a custom coding on my page for a special feature. they fixed it within a day according to my request. I am now excited to see, how customers will respond to the new feature in my shosp. in relation to customer care, I can only recommend this app

These guys were able to help me out greatly! Loving the support and app! One of the best ways to increase AOV that I can think of

Very easy to ask for help and achieve it. I reached out and the issue was resolved immediately. I hope the app generates lots of sales.

Exactly what I was looking for. An app that is affordable, easy to set up & customize that adds the free gift automatically at $0. No discount code needed.

Fantastic app! The support is also great and very helpful! I really love the app, will continue to use it for sure!

Awesome performance, outstanding support, responding very quickly! We in our team highly recommend this app!

This app is really helpful to get AOV up. We tested this for a week and now with some customer visual improvements its giving better result. Cheers!

This app works great and it's really handy that you an implement multi-tier shipping goals! Also, customer support is super fast, helpful, and friendly!.

Was exactly what I was looking for, and they were very helpful when I was experiencing technical difficulties. Great service and app!

This app is really easy to use and integrate! If you add in the Pro Version you can scale your promotions effortlessly. Plus, if you need support- they are fast, helpful, and thorough.

Wow, the support for this app is insane. I had responses so fast I couldn't even keep up. The owner of this company is going to make a bunch of apps and be explosive in his growth due to how attentive he is with his customers, makes sure the apps does what it says it does and even went above and beyond to answer questions that didn't have to do with the app. 10/10 recommend and can't wait to use them and recommend them to others! We've already seen amazing results in just three days and our AOV is up!

The best and the very easy app! They helped us immediately and change some details (colors) for gifts options that now looks better on our website :)

Very good app. Nice looking and easy to setup. Especially the customer support was one of the best support experiences of my life. Problem solved in minutes(!). Thank you!

This app works great! It's easy to set up, and we had no issues with launching our free gift promotion. The app developer is one of the most helpful and responsive Shopify developers I've ever dealt with. They were eager and quick to implement a feature I had suggested for the app.

Great App... I replaced Ultimate Special Offers with this app, and it's way more integrated. Yavor at ShopDocs get's back pretty much instantly with questions and concerns. This is what customer support looks like in 2022.

App was really easy to set up and get things going. I needed a couple of items to not ever qualify for free gifts and I reached out and was able to get things taken care of quickly. Customer service is top notch. I'm excited to see how this app takes care of things a little bit easier in adding free gifts to the cart for my customers. Highly recommend!

TLDR: Superb Customer Service that helped provide a solution to our needs within a very short period of time. We tried out this app for the main purpose of - Adding a free gift with min. order purchase (As part of Christmas and Year End promotions). Due to the other app we were using - providing product add-ons, it caused some incompatibility due to the prices added by the other app. We wrote it to the developer and he manage to push a workaround live for us within hours - which we thought would usually take more custom development to do. With that, we managed to push out our promotions successfully and overall i'm impressed with the help provided, as well as valid concerns raised by the developer to prepare us for any issues we may need to troubleshoot. - App also meets our requirements so we are very satisfied. Highly recommended!

I used this app to add features that Shopify does not provide. It did everything and more. Yavor helped me so much in setting it up properly and even troubleshooted problems within integrating other apps with ShopDoc. Truly exemplary customer support who went above and beyond. Would recommend this highly to those looking to add these features to your Shopify site.

The App is highly customizable and the support is amazing. The only thing stopping this from being a 5 star app is if it could test for Free Gift thresholds in the checkout as well as in the cart. ***December rating updated to 5 stars as the app now has a solution for the checkout discount issue. I do not know of another app that solves this problem.

Yavor was unbelievably helpful when I was setting up the app, and made some custom changes to make the gift options look even better on our checkout. Amazing customer service, and a simple, easy to use app. Thank you!

Yavor is next level! I had a few questions and he was so fast to reply. I wanted a feature that wasn't available and he created the exact option I required! I am so impressed and so thankful for all his help. Really happy with the app.

Finally an elegant solution to free-gifts. Easy to set-up and works seamlessly from a customer point of view, no annoying pop-ups. This along with their discount-code-in-cart app is a winning combination. Probably the best 2 apps, we’ve used. Also first class customer service.

What an amazing app, Highly recommend It does what it claims to do perfectly without any issues, I am very pleased with the experience. I needed support in changing a design preference and the customer support was just outstanding, they replied immediately and did what I asked for in not time, very professional they even gave me recommendations how to improve my store. Thank you for your great work

This is the free gift app I've been looking for. Most of them do discount codes in the background, and as a result they conflict with my customers' ability to use discount codes and still get their free gift. Not this app. It works on the product level to clone the item and do some other magic in the background. I use the Venture theme, which I've learned seems to be unfriendly with many apps. The developer worked very quickly to fix any bugs that the theme may have introduced into the app, and now it's working as intended. Definitely recommend!
