iPacky has helped us improve our work flow and decrease mispicks/miships. We have only been using it for a couple weeks - and we are going to fully onboard our process with it. Any time I have had issues, the support team over there has been super responsive.

We’ve had such a great experience with iPacky, both in terms of the software itself and the support we’ve received from David. The support is honestly exceptional. Whenever we reach out, we generally receive a response within a few hours, and the replies are always friendly, helpful and thorough. David really goes above and beyond to assist...even taking the time to do his own research when something falls outside the obvious answer, rather than simply sending a generic response. As for iPacky itself, we absolutely love it. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into the system and the different settings available, allowing us to adapt it to suit the way our business operates. The dashboard is also incredibly useful for monitoring how efficiently our packers are working and giving us far better visibility over our packing process. Most importantly, since implementing iPacky, our packing error rate has dropped to around 0% of what it was previously (obviously ;)). That has made a massive difference to our business, saving us money on refunds, replacements and the general cost of human packing errors. Overall, iPacky has been incredibly worthwhile for us. It has improved our processes, reduced errors and given us much better oversight of our packing team...all while being backed by fantastic customer support. We genuinely love the system and would absolutely recommend iPacky to other businesses.

We’ve had a great experience with iPacky. We were looking for a better way to organize our inventory and streamline our picking and shipping process, and iPacky has made a huge difference. The Shopify integration works really well, and the bin-location and picking features have allowed us to completely change how our warehouse operates. Items now have specific locations, our team can follow an organized digital pick list instead of relying on memory, and even a new employee with very little knowledge of our products can successfully locate and ship orders. What has impressed me most, though, is the support. We ran into an issue where products with zero inventory were still appearing in their assigned bin locations. I reached out to the iPacky team and asked whether they could add a feature to automatically remove bin locations when inventory reaches zero. Within just a few days, they actually developed and added the feature for us.

We moved from 3PL to inhouse fulfilment after 7 years and needed an app to help the team with bin locations. IPacky has been perfect for this. It's also helped us with pick lists, stock check etc and the support is always incredibly quick and helpful.

iPacky has been perfect for our small business. With the free plan it has allowed us to test out the features. The main reason I got it was so I could have the bin locations for all of my products easily accessible. It has also been really helpful to print picking lists with the bin locations shown in the list. If I ever had any issues, the support team has been really good at reaching out and solving the problem!

ipacky has been great in streamlining operation in terms of order packing and order fulfilment. And it has been a helpful service that integrates with Sendcloud offering 3PL services, lacking within Sendcloud

The app works as it should and I haven't had any issues with its functionality. My only thought is the UI is a little hard to look at, and if they designed it in a way that was similar to the already familiar Shopify UI, it would be perfect.

Easy to set up and use. This helped us reduce errors with our order packing. I went in and replaced the stock error sound with a clip of flatulence I found, and that has really improved morale among the team; would recommend.

If you are looking for a picking app stop searching, this app has everything you need for a very-very reasonable price, with the best support/service you can imagine. Out company had rebellion because they wanted to use the old not compatible picking app, but after 1 picking session all the employees loved how easy and fast the new picking system is. Update: Now we have around 4k orders monthly. We have a huge update, half of our site is changing (including half of the apps). Ipacky is still the best app, we can make custom workflows any way we want. Support is still the best.

We've been using iPacky since 2023, and it has been highly effective in helping us maintain organization within our inventory. While the dashboard and admin interface weren’t the most user-friendly at first, the customer service and instructional videos made everything clear and easy to navigate. There are many features we haven’t utilized yet at our small business level, so it’s great to know there’s room to grow with this app. For our setup, we use an Android-based device with a scanner and rely on iPacky for every order we pick. This has significantly reduced order errors and made it easier for new employees to locate our diverse range of products, thanks to product location feature. We’re very happy with iPacky and plan to continue using it!

We've found I-Packy to be a fantastic solution for our small business without the need for a full WMS. The costs are very reasonable and integration has been smooth, most importantly the after care support we have received has been excellent. Since implementing I-Packy, our picking and packing process has been completely streamlined and it has reduced errors completely. There are loads of helpful options such as being able to take a photograph of the picked products before packing to dis-prove any discrepancies on delivery. When we were adopting a fulfillment app, we had a few choices. I'm surprised this one doesn't have hundreds more strong reviews! iPacky stood out with it's easy-to-navigate interface with many features. The overall look is sleek, understated and distinct from other browser-based software I've used, in a good way. There's a ton of features and I was quickly able to identify the ones we needed. The various settings felt a little spread out at first, but the designer is good about scheduling a video demo with new customers. A few days ago I reached out to their support with a couple questions and got a response back in less than 24 hours. (With those questions addressed, we officially have no issues with the app and I have 0 reasons to not leave a 5-star review.) Definitely feels like this was designed by someone familiar with how Shopify works and crafted solutions that can apply to a variety of businesses. Obviously, it's nice to use a service with such dedicated support. I won't have to be worried about him not knowing about the latest patch or changes. It's been about 3 months and we're already checking all our direct orders via iPacky (and some larger wholesale orders too) and regularly sorting 100-300 orders a week into batches. Thanks iPacky!

We have just started using iPacky and I am so happy we found it! We have it setup with Shopify and StarShipit and it has saved us so much time, not having to print packing lists and match them up with labels. Being able to see order notes too while your packing is great. We are only using the manual packing so far, and have already been saved from forgetting quantities on numerous orders. Well done!

While the app has really been working out for us with regard to keeping track of who is packing orders and what is being packed, one thing that we really found helpful was the customer service. We talked with the developer personally and gave him our feedback regarding a particular feature and he made accommodations for us. We really appreciate this and are thankful for iPacky in general. The iPacky App works exactly as advertised. It has improved the speed of getting orders out to our customers and eliminated a lot of the issues we had for example double shipping orders, shipping incorrect items with the order. Each product is scanned before packing and the app has a great function to alert the warehouse team if the item is not on the order or if the order is unpaid or has already been picked. This app has been tremendously helpful in assisting with our E-commerce grocery operations! The developers are very responsive and involved in providing solutions and fixes to accommodate a lot of our operation's unique needs. The Virtual product feature has help us with managing and picking a lot of the unique grocery bundles we sell on our store. The built in reports have also been super useful in monitoring and managing our outbound KPIs! The interface is very intuitive so it's been extremely easy to train new staff on order picking. 10/10 money well spent! It will streamline your operations and save you time and significantly eliminate simple errors that any of us can make. It is so well thought out and covers EVERY angle with so many features. There are some additional ones that would not normally be expected that add further value. . It is very obvious that David has run a shopify store before he embarked on this project. This app shows that he is a subject matter expert in order fulfillment, from order receipt to customer delivery. We have been using Shopify since 2016 and this app is the easiest we have used adding significant value and cost reductions. FAQs and the videos that support it are superb with great detail in layman's terms. For the little help that we did need David was always on hand. When we had been using the app for 2 months we had a 30 mins video call with David just to ensure we were getting full benefit from the app. 10 stars out of 5. Cannot recommend this app enough. I wish I found this app years ago. We have a very complex packing process that involves a handful of product checks and this app has enabled us to automate that process and provide useful information to our packers so that they can efficiently (and properly) pack orders. Furthermore app is very easy to use and has tons of customization options to meet various needs. Support has been incredible - I was able to schedule a meeting to get a quick app tour and properly set up, and any further questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently by email. All around a great app!

This app is immensely helpful in both pulling orders by bin location in our warehouse and in verifying orders as we pack and ship. They provide lots of documentation and are very responsive to questions I have emailed them. This is money well spent for us in the savings we have in preventing errors in shipments (through the app we can barcode scan items for verification) and in the time savings in pulling orders by a bin location.

I was asked if i could write a review however iPacky and the developers do deserve the 5* review!! I was a little hesitant at spending the money on this app at first but we needed the ability to scan and check orders as they were packed, and now i wouldn't be without iPacky in our workflow. There's been a couple of features i have asked for and quickly they have been added!! There are many other features within iPacky, such as pick lists, which currently we don't use but i am looking at implementing them into our work flow and i'm sure they will only be an improvement to our workflow!
