Stay FAR AWAY from this app!! The developers pulled a bait and switch and now we are missing most of our FAQ on our LIVE website. There are many other great options out there. Do not use this crap app!!!!

I wish we had other options. Not very happy with this app at the moment. We consistently have product listing and order synching issues.

Exactly what Shopify is missing, a simple way to add and run reports on COGS! It runs really quickly. The developer is very responsive and we appreciate the support provided.

I waited almost a year to leave a review for Rewards and Referrals by Swell. We tested every other rewards platform for Shopify and hands down this is the BEST and (more importantly!) effective rewards and referral app. It's not the least expensive or cheapest app but it pays for itself pretty quickly. The adage you get what you pay for is really true when it comes to this app! Josh and his support team are extremely helpful and responsive. Don't waste your time testing the other rewards and referrals apps like I did and just use this one.

We installed this app when we first started out but never had a chance to actually use it until almost a year after our store launch. We thought that updating our COGs was too timely. What a mistake! This app is a MUST if you're serious about running a business and seeing how much (profit) you're really making!

It's not the cheapest out of stock app but it's definitely the best. We tested many of them out and decided on this one, even though it cost the most. The adage you get what you pay for is really true when it comes to these apps. Our monthly ROI surpasses the price we pay for this app. We also required a few custom modifications and support was super quick and helpful!

We really wanted to use this app but it's a VERY POOR implementation. 1) It imports ALL Shopify accounts, even users that never visited or logged into our website. This is great for their pocket but not an accurate user count. We use 3rd party selling channels (like Amazon) and have those orders imported into Shopify. Intercom imports these @amazon.com accounts, even though they state they only count users as those that actually log into your website. 2) The Shopify customer and order data this app shows is pretty lame, compared to ZenDesk, ReAmaze or other helpdesks or live chat apps we've tested. It's raw data and you can't click on any of it. Intercom has some great solutions and I hope they actually read this review and put forward a more useful app for Shopify stores. This review isn't about their service, it's about their Shopify app.

Great and affordable social login app. I'm going to give it 5 stars when it supports: 1) Allows existing customers to log in via facebook or other social provider and doesn't give them this error: "The email address is already associated with an account. Please use your email and password to login." 2) Instagram support 3) Pop-up/modal

The app really adds value to our shop. The search works 100X better than the default Shopify search and puts us in the same league as the big players. Awesome app!!

Review Day Two after install: This is a great and easy to install app. Shows your customers how popular you are. Gives customers a nice little psychosocial boost to make a purchase. Love it! Review One month later.... At first, I was really sceptical this app would actually convert customers. After exactly 30 days of usage.... - We had 164 new sessions due to this app - Direct revenue of $1,519.47 - 16 Transactions directly attributed to this app - Average Order Value of $94.97. Which is ~30% higher than our average order size. It's paid for itself *MANY* times over. This app is a must install if you're serious about running an online store.

This app is one of our favorite. It's a must have if you're running a Shopify store! Hands down the best personalization and recommendation app and engine for Shopify! We tested them all and are planning to stick with LimeSpot. They have great responsive support and are always working to tweak their recs. We love the rich features and ability to customize everything.

Really saved my A**! :-) I had a 3rd party developer that deleted a huge amount of blogs entries. I was running on their free beta plans as one of the original app installers. Just upgraded to paid plan after successfully restoring every single blog entry. Seriously saved my hundreds of hours if I had to manually repost everything. This app is a MUST HAVE for any serious Shopify store!

Good app but seems like affiliate programs are going out of style.

Klaviyo is NOT the cheapest email marketing solution for Shopify. It's definitely the best! We've tested almost every solution and nothing can even come close to the ROI we've seen thus far.

We've tested every chat app available and settled on this one. It's stable, works across all devices, has great non-buggy features that just work and to boot, it's free!!! Can't argue with free.

I don't think you should be calling this app product bundles. It has way too many limitations. You can't list the bundle as a product, it can only be under the products that are within the bundle. You can't list an item that's in one bundle, in another etc etc etc. I understand that you're limited by shopify to some degree but it's very frustrating to find out all of these limitations after I got so excited :) Seems like support is on vaca these days.

Great concept but mobile app and their features are way too buggy to use on site with actual customers. Will look at this app again in a few months. Has lots of potential.

We spent tons of time researching and testing review apps. After much time and effort, we settled on judge.me. Most of the "top" review apps start out reasonably priced but as soon as you start growing or adding anything above a basic feature, they start charging outrageously high prices. At that point, they have you locked in because you don't want to lose all the reviews you've worked so hard to collect. Don't make that mistake! The support we've received so far has been fantastic. We upgraded to "Awesome" really quickly.....and have received many reviews by offering members a small incentive. A (real) 5-star rating from a VERY satisfied customer :)

Ths is the first review for any Shopify app I've ever left. Can't see how in the world we'd ever run our business without AfterShip. Great software, support and team!
