Very useful app. Our 3PL warehouse can't accept more than 55 characters for the address line 1 field — with this app we can limit the characters and show a custom error message. Additionally, we're starting to ship more internationally and found some city addresses can't be longer than 30 characters. It's not possible to limit the city field independently, but the app developer quickly added this for our convenience. The support has been very top-notch!

Great support and solid app

App has worked great for us. Support has been outstanding. We had an issue with some malicious code that we thought was related to this app, but they helped us determine exactly which other code was causing the problem. Don't think I have ever had another app company help us out when it wasn't really their problem. Would definetly recommend!

The price is fair for the amount of money you avoid losing on Shippings with errors. They have detailed video documentation which helps to solve the problems very fast, and the best thing is the support (Thanks Osmand) I don't know how they do it but the answers are very fast and with precise instructions.

The app works out of the box and saves us a lot of problems when it comes to errors in shipping addresses. There are a lot of options related to what type of shipping address you permit so that is great. I wish the interface was easier to figure out... It's a bit of a weird UI and can be hard to customize because of this. But they have great and fast customer service so if you ned help they are ready to serve you.

Really great app - super easy to install and has improved our customer satisfaction significantly by making sure there are no delyas in delivery times due to incorrect addresses. Would definitely reccommend.

1. Use in Canada cause too many unnecessary notification, 2. The changes made after the order placed, which mean the order notification email from Shopify store, doesn't have the changes. 3. After every order, you need to login to the store to see the correction. After great support from "Address Validator" team my issues resolved to my satisfaction, and I am changing my review to 5 stars

Thank goodness for people who respond on chat and not bots when you have a question or a problem. We thought we needed to fix a few things so we paused the app. We are not getting notifications when an address is updated because we use the initial email notification for orders from Shopify and do not realize something is wrong with an address right away, the support person helped me to make sure we would receive the right notifications and not too many.

REALLY Great support!!! Wish all apps could be that way. We just installed it and was already working before I was done talking to support.

The app does what it's designed to do. Only if there are several mistakes in an address at the same time (especially fields too long AND a missing street number at the same time), then it's only correcting one of them (in this case the too long fields). But that shouldn't happen too often, it looks like this app will reduce our manual corrections by 99% or so, that should be fine. They have the most amazing and fast customer service btw. They pushed an update for a problem with suppression of the address_2-field for me within minutes.

Customer support was very helpful. They showed me how to add their snippet even when the theme didn't have checkout.liquid available. They also assisted with putting limitations on shipping to non-contiguous states and locations. Very helpful.

This has saved us SO much time in having to manually fix bad addresses that come through and has drastically cut down on the amount of returned undeliverable packages we received. Really robust & customizable features. Awesome.

We always lost countless hours correcting addresses and following up with customers to get any missing data. Since we installed the app I am happy to report that from all our orders in the last 2 weeks (about 400) only 1! still had an error. And this was because the customer refused the suggestion of the shipping address validator. We went from 20-30% faulty address to 0% address errors overnight! :) I can highly recommend this app for addresses in Belgium and the Netherlands. It is also a beautifull combination with iPacky and MyParcel to auto print the corrected shippinglabels automatically in the flow from your order picking without any errors.

Works great! We were having issues with customers entering PO boxes for their address. Address Validator has done a great job not letting people enter invalid addresses.

We initially got Address Validator because so many of our packages would get denied by USPS due to the customer not inputting their information correctly; however, this has eliminated that significantly so we would highly recommend!

LOVE this app! UPS and FedEx charges if they think the address is entered incorrectly. This app saves us a lot of time from manually validating each address. It can add the 4 digit extension to the end of the zip code. Corrects the formatting of the address. Checks to see if an apartment number was left off of the address. It can also tag the order as residential or commercial. It works with a pop up on the order conformation page so it’s optional for the customer to click. It does not interfere with the purchase process. Support was fast to reply and answered all my questions. I would say this is a must have app for all stores.

We have "Shipping Address Validator" integrated into our Online Shopify Store and it has been incredibly helpful - prompting customers to verify or edit their address (that may be flagged as incorrect in the system) has saved us money and time related to Return To Sender packages. We're hoping ReCharge and Zipify soon offer integrations as well so addresses entered on all of our checkout platforms are monitored by this dandy app. Update: Shipping Address Validator is now integrated into ReCharge checkout and our team is really thankful and humbled that our concerns were heard and a solution was made within just a few weeks! We have been paying additional shipping for a lot of orders because customers forget to add their apartment/unit number to their address details and this app has been really helpful with it so far! Great app. Just as a clarification to people wanting to download the app -- This app doesn't actually verify the address during the checkout phase since there are security limitations to editing the checkout.liquid file... But this app does a great job with verifying addresses by verifying at the thank-you page. It's still really effective, especially verifying that customers have entered a unit number. Another great thing is that you only pay for customers that converted this way, and you won't pay for customers that abandon once they reach payment information. Only $0.03 per order is 1000% worth it!

Great for handling weird shipping issues. They were able to do everything we wanted, like blocking non latin characters and not shipping to german shipstations. Great helpful customer service too.

This app has been great in helping us solve our UPS address corrections that we kept getting billed for.

This is a wonderful app and it helped us in so many ways. It helps us not to get PO boxes to ship to as we don't use the US postal service for shipping. When we were not shipping to other countries it gave a much more clear note to the customer about what to do to get in order to their country. Shopify's note to the customer is simply, "Cannot be shipped". The app also puts figuring out a proper address on the customer without being difficult. Otherwise. we'd have to call the customer every single time and try to get that figured out together. It has so many other features that you don't realize you need so if given the opportunity you should at least try it for a couple of days to understand what you're missing.

We get hundreds of orders per day and with the volume comes a lot of incorrect addresses. It was taking my team hours of work reaching out to each customer to correct and confirm shipping addresses. This app probably solved at least 80% of the headache.

Early days for us with the app but the initial indications suggest it has been a good addition for us. We have had a number of issues with EU customers getting confused with address formatting in our Shopify checkout and this has resulted in carrier returns. We have also been able to block pack station delivery addresses which has been helpful. So far so good. The guys at Roboturk were very helpful in guiding us through the initial set up.

This app has been a great addition to our site! It was very easy to setup and has worked flawlessly. We downloaded it primarily for address corrections but then quickly realized it's full potential with blocking PO boxes and other features that we were able to utilize. We recently ran into an issue where our shipping script wasn't working properly in conjunction with the app and reached out to their team for support. They wanted to understand what we were trying to achieve with the script and we explained that we have had several problems delivering to Highway Contract (HC Box) addresses. They ended up adding the feature to not allow Highway Contract Route addresses in their app and this was implemented on the same day! Needless to say, we are very happy with this app and company!

This is my favorite app! And sadly I forget that I even have it because I'm not having to deal with googling addresses, and I completely forget that was even a problem at one time. It's also inexpensive - which is another reason I forget that I have it. It's saved me so much time over the past 2 months. I wish I had known about this app when I first opened a year ago!

We do not ship to PO Boxes, and it was almost impossible to get that message through to customers! This has saved us a huge amount of time and frustration in outreach to PO Box holders, and has made a huge difference in the accuracy of our address collection.

This adds a layer of protection against that getting to UPS who will automatically charge you an expensive address change fee. My interaction with support has been above and beyond as well. Great app and responsive support!
