We've been using the app for 3 years now - I wrote a review saying how great it was when we first set it up but I just wanted to write again to say how fantastic the support is. Min is always quick to get back to us and is so helpful - if something isn't working, it's always been because I have set it up wrong and didn't know how to do it. Min takes a look, finds the problem and either puts is right or tells us how to do it ourselves. Top notch!

Excellent support and solved a long standing problem I had with different shipping groups pertaining to wholesale and retail. WIll use this app a long time I'm sure. Also loads fast enough for a 3rd party app.

The best shipping app I have ever used. I have been running ecommerce for over a decade and tried many different solutions, but this is the only one that has worked really well, has a lot of flexibility and gets accurate shipping quotes. Our USPS quotes are exact to the penny. Once you understand how to set everything up, it is a breeze. We have ours setup for free shipping on some products once the cart value hits a certain level, other products can never ship free due to their size, we have special handling for international orders, etc. But the life saver is knowning how many products will fit in a given box size. We have about 2000 skus and 30 different box sizes for our normal shipping. We sell things that are tiny, and some things that are too large for USPS. This app handles them all easily. Service from the company has been great when needed, but we have not needed much. Mostly just nice to ask them a quick question now and then. If you ship a range of products, then you need this app. It will take a while to setup all of your data, but it is well worth it.

Honestly one of the best apps/add-ons I've used in my near 10 years of shopify. Brilliantly versatile, but if there ever has been a question, refinement, adjustment I've been curious about, the customer support from Min has been nothing short of amazing. Very knowledgable, always quick to reply and suggest viable ways of achieving what I'm thinking. Understanding and patient when I perhaps don't describe things very well with my somewhat limited knowledge at the best of times. Just makes the shipping side of things work how it should, and exactly how you want it to work, something very lacking in the basic shopify shipping configurations to say the least. We've tried a few different shipping apps and this is hands-down the best. The support is the best I've experienced with any shopify app and the options to use either the Wizard to add shipping rates or the PHP editor to write your own delivery rules make it incredible flexible. Great APP!

I cannot express how truly phenomenal the customer support we've received has been. Any time we've had an issue, even with the custom rates we had set up through the Macro Editor, they've been there to help. We've been using this app for our rates for at least a few years now and would 100% recommend it to anyone needing custom shipping rates for their store.

Who Gives A Crap has been using Bespoke Shipping to handle our shipping globally for about a decade now. I remember Min directly helping with the set up way back then, and I'm glad he's still being such a good steward of this thing. The killer feature is the ability to use PHP to write your shipping rules, which allows you to customize those rules to exactly what you need (but there's still a user interface for those who are less technical and want to use that to set things up). And of course the customer service is excellent, as you see mentioned over and over again in the reviews on this page. This app has done so much heavy lifting for us over the years, thank you so much Min!

Support is great. App does as described and has allowed us configure are shipping costs more than you can with shopify out of the box.

Can't say enough great things about this app and the support. Solved major rate issues, customer service is incredible, great set-up and support. 1. We needed an app that would show rates based on customer tags only, and this was the only one I could find. All others wouldn't work because it also used addresses or names, but this didn't work if you had a customer account shipping to multiple addresses. Bespoke had a perfect solution for this that integrated with existing Shopify rates so my set-up was minimal. 2) Min is the most patient, communicative, and helpful person in the world -- walked me through my dev set up, then prod set up, troubleshot back and forth on countless emails and helped me get exactly where I needed to go. If you're wondering why every review says this, it's because it's actually true! Thank you so much Min for your help and for making such a great app!

Incredible support and very responsive even with a ~12 hour time zone difference. I would recommend this app just based on the outstanding support. The app does exactly what we need and precisely what was described.

Absolutely the only shipping app that would handle our complex shipping criteria. Relatively easy to configure once you take the time to understand how it works. And when you come up against a challenge, the support from Min was incredible. Weekday, Saturday, Sunday, support when we needed it. Would recommend in a heartbeat. We've been using the app for 4 years now and needed some support in making alterations and Min was fantastic, best app support I have ever dealt with.

We were not able to estimate shipping costs before bespoke. We had to pack the boxes and then weigh them to enter info to ups and come up with a shipping charge. Each box is like a puzzle and they are all different. Many times boxes were packed and when it was a credit card customer their orders would sit in boxes while we chased down the payment. We were running out of space in the warehouse. For the bespoke app, we had to measure and weigh each of our products. Then bespoke stacks the items in our box sizes virtually and we can add the shipping charge and present the invoice to the customer. We don't pack the actual boxes until they pay. We still have to take a few minutes to go into the bespoke logs to make sure it is correct. Sometimes adjustments have to be made. This is a great app but you may need someone else to set it up for you. I told my daughter how I envisioned shipping and she found this app and did all the work to customize it for us. We have been using it since 2022.

I always forget to write reviews but I specifically wanted to here. It is a little complicated to use but that's only because it has such a broad range of ways it can be implemented. We've been able offer dynamic and complicated shipping options, something we never could before. For example shipping rates that take into account the number of products in a customer cart, something that had always been an issue for us, some larger orders only paying a minimal shipping before now. Highly recommend but give yourself time to understand exactly how it all works.

Lots of variables available and the team are amazing at creating solutions for difficult shipping situations, highly recommend they are friendly and professional, definitely the best app for CSV shipping rates.

12.13.2019 I was recommended this app during our launch phase and reached out to support to have some of our complex shipping requirements addressed. Min responded very quickly and has provided top-notch information and support through the entire process. Will continue to test the product volume based algorithm and it's accuracy but Min has already addressed some potential work-arounds if the generic algorithm is not working for our use-case. 1.4.2024 Just coming back to give update. Been using this app across all Shopify stores since we started. Never looked back. It is very customizable and powerful. There is a wizard to setup for standard needs, and if you need something not offered in the wizard, then you can dig into the PHP macro editor and do pretty much anything you need. Every single time I have reached out to support over the years, its always been the best support from any Shopify App. I am not one to leave many reviews, but thats how much I value this app.

Used this for over 3 years and we have absolutely no complaints. It's so good that I had forgotten it exists in my backend. Does its job perfectly. So much you can do with this app! We don't even use 10% of the functionality and still so happy with it.

Amazing app and even better customer service. We had some very specific shipping requirements and I really couldn't wrap my head around how to set this up. I gave a brief (and probably confusing) explanation to Min and in no time at all Bespoke was up and running. I can't recommend this app enough if you have complicated shipping requirements!

We have a long list of advanced shipping rules we needed to work with our wholesale app and our retail website and had a lot of issues finding a solution. Many other reviewers mention this app is difficult to setup and that's due to it's ability to manage multiple advanced shipping rules. I was a bit worried about choosing this app because there wasn't phone support but the email support we received from Min was second to none. He worked very hard to get our rules in place for us and only charged a very minimal fee to do this. They work 7 days a week and were able to get this all in place over the weekend for us. I'm very pleased with the app and service we received.

Amazing app. All the other shipping apps don't have the flexibility that coding does and that's very limiting in most cases, as well as giving you work arounds for solutions instead of a straight one. You can achieve a lot with this app and would definitely recommend it if you have some coding experience. Unfortunately we've decided to change our shipping policies and we no longer have the need for the app, but I was able to do a lot of testing and it always worked like I intended.

This is by far the best customer service that I have received in my 48 years of living! Min went above and beyond to set up our very specific (and complicated) shipping rules for specific customer groups. His communication was on point and shockingly quick. If you have complex shipping rates or just need help with this app, they are there for you and treat you like a VIP. We tried 6 shipping apps before this and none would work correctly. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would! Tried 4 or 5 different Apps before finding Bespoke - the best thing about Bespoke is that it can combine rates based on Tags with rates based on price and will allow for both manual and automatic syncing of products for these categories. This was the only App that was able to be configured to meet our unique requirements.

This app and the support from the crew have been a lifesaver for us! So simple but so effective in allowing you to take control and customise your shipping charges into several postcode zones while also setting free shipping protocols according to price and weight simultaneously. And prompt replies for support too - they even go the extra mile and let you know of any other potential problems with your configurations (they found a couple of my silly errors before they became a problem for me!) Highly recommend!!!

Amazing app. Enables you to set up shipping exactly how you want it. There is a learning curve! But once you get the hang of it you'll be loving it. So many integrations for live rates. Super fair price too. Stop looking at other more expensive and less capable apps - This is the one to use.

GREAT SUPPORT! KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE! This is the only app on the shopify app store that allows shipping customization on this level for such a reasonable price. I had trouble with the way my options were displaying so I contacted support and they did a great job finding the issue and helping me solve it in a matter of hours. I WOULD recommend it.

Nothing is impossible, if you know what you want to acheive this app can do it. Seriously though you will need to have a clear understanding of what you are trying to setup because there mutiple ways of acheiving the same thing, so its best to start with a clear plan. The Wizard is easy to use, the user guides offer plenty of detail that helps build understanding without being too complex and should you need it the email support is first class always very helpful. In all honesty its feels like stealing its so cheap relative to what it offers, we pay a lot more for other apps that aren't half as well built and have a lot more limitations.

This app is really amazing. Through the wizard you can set up shipping rules using every possible filter and variable you can imagine like postal codes, time of day, order value and much much more. If you somehow need more complicated rules than the Wizard can provide, then you have the macro editor where you can build your own custom rules using php code. The support is excellent and very responsive. Highly recommended app.

UPDATE: The support answered and provided all the details we needed. We appreciate it. We will provide more detailed review after setup and testing. For now, we are not satisfied with the support. Bespoke Shipping is a very powerful way to set up your ship rates. Our products are drop shipped from suppliers located in multiple locations across the US, with disparate shipping providers. We therefore, are unable to use a standard shipping application. Bespoke can handle our unique situation because it provides the ability for complete customization. Through a detailed line of questioning, Min understood our needs and was able to offer up a solution. Min is very responsive, replies within 24 business hours and even programmed the rules for our business. Thank you Min! Bespoke also enabled us to easily sync up our unique ship rates with Google feed, an important driver of our business, in an easy to manage process. We've been using Bespoke since 2014 and I'm very pleased. I highly recommend!

One of the best value apps on the app store, and the only shipping app we're aware of that allowed us to build custom logic with code which is exactly what we required given the complex nature of our shipping rules. Support is also very good, with quick and helpful replies.

Bespoke shipping is an incredible app that has greatly enhanced our fulfillment process both internally and from a customer-facing perspective. Our company has fairly complicated shipping needs, but Bespoke Shipping is up to the task. Not only does the app work very well, but Min provides the most excellent customer support. Min always responds quickly and adds custom code to our app whenever it is needed.

The app truly has the functionality to do anything and has been a life saver in simplifying our logistics and preventing issues with customer services. I also cannot praise Min enough, she emails back within minutes and always understands your request and customises your zones accordingly as the nesting of zones can be a bit complicated at times. If you have shipping limitations and are using the Shopify platform, I am confident in saying there is no better app to at least try. The app is consistent and I have used it across multiple client stores. I highly recommend the app and the team behind Bespoke Shipping.

This app, and the support you get with it, are nothing short of incredible. We use this app with shopify plus to be able to offer pickup and ‘split’ shipments with additional rules that just aren’t possible with the shopify OOTB multi-origin shipping functionality. Shopify OOTB will only display those pickup locations which have ALL items available in that location - with Bespoke and some custom code from our developers, we can now display pickup locations which have SOME of the items in a customer's cart and simply enable the customer to remove the unavailable item(s) so they can proceed with placing an order for items that are in a location close to them. Before we would 'lose the whole sale' because their closest location that had all their items, was hundreds (if not thousands) of kilometres away. We’re also using this app to apply a myriad of rules on shipping fees displayed to customers, based on a combination of weights, box size and both shipping and sending locations/countries – AND with various carriers. To be honest it’s pretty eyewatering the amount that we use this app for – there are lots of third-party suppliers that do the same for ten times the price, if not more. And the time and quality of responses to queries is phenomenal – Min – you rock!!! Definitely an app I would recommend to everyone (and will continue to do).

Really powerful app - I'm migrating from another platform that had much more robust shipping and thought I'd never be able to get my shipping set up the way I wanted it. I've got postcode zones, free shipping thresholds, discounted rates, weight threshholds, and more. Min helped me to get this working exactly the way I wanted it, helped troubleshoot and generally acheived what I thought was going to be impossible. This is a fantastic app. Yes, it's more technical than others, but once it all makes sense it's really powerful. It's great in conjunction with Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery. I have been able to connect Bespoke Shipping directly in Shopify as a carrier calculated shipping service, and use rules to stop it display rates for pickup and delivery. Fantastic. I have contacted support once and Min was quick to respond and helpful.

The support team went above and beyond helping us achieve some pretty complicated shipping goals. The app is well worth the expense.

Great help desk... Got great assistance in setting up. Technically competent support and knew the complex answers. We go from boxes to pallets to 21 zones with different packaging and shipping requirements, and it works exactly how it's advertised.

Fantastic app! Before choosing it, I looked at other shipping apps. Some were as much as 4x the price for similar functionality. Min provides amazing customer support and has been very helpful, patient, and prompt with my millions of questions! When there is a problem (and it's usually my fault, or Shopify, or an integration issue having to do with another app) Min is quick to solve it and suggest ways to optimize it's use. If you use Zapiet for Local Deliveries this app integrates beautifully. I use it as a way to price different delivery slots at different rates eg if a customer is flexible they pay a low rate for a 9-5 window. If they need a 2 hr window it's a higher rate. This has solved my route logistics headaches.

Min is a BOSS!! I had probably one of the most complicated shipping integrations someone could have 1000's of zip codes and they worked with me getting it integrated on my product pages and it now runs perfect. I am not a person who leaves a lot of reviews either it has to be great and they went above and beyond! thanks!

Very happy with the App. The App allowed us to add lots of customized rates with easy to use setup Wizards. Plus great, fast customer service! We'd already installed and had received responses to our initial setup questions with the app publisher before some of the other apps we'd looked at even replied to let us know they'd received our initial inquiry into their apps. We've been using the app now for about 2 months and right on point, easy to understand, hand written (not automated) support replies come back very quickly. We couldn't be more happy with this app and the support we've received.

This app is simply awesome, I tried some similar apps (which were good I had no issue with them or their support teams) but this app is for both novicies and crazy power users like myself. The ability to craft a script tailored to you personal needs with proper AND/OR rulesets allows for almost unlimited possibilities, I've not played with their Macro tool yet as the Wizard system allows me to do what I need. Min at MZL has been a great help answering my questions regarding rule logic, I'm not sure if Min sleeps as I get answers almost instantly at all times. 6 out of 5 stars for this app. :)

Wow - searched for a long time to find an app to rate shipping and give customers reliable delivery dates. This app is more technical than others but has endless possibilities and the developer is there with you every step of the way. By far an away the best solution out there.

I sell both retail and wholesale from my store and have pretty complex shipping requirements with respect to total cart amount, domestic vs international destinations, free and discounted shipping, product variants, and more. After searching for months and being completely frustrated, I found this app and I am simply blown away. It solved 100% of my problems. It seemed complex at first and it took me a little bit of time to understand the rules engine but after that, it was simply an amazing experience. The support is unbelievably fast and all of my questions were well understood and answered perfectly. I would give it 6 stars if I could. I am beyond happy.

Update: a few years into using Bespoke and it still works great, support is amazing and now that we have learned to do our own adjustments we are even happier than we have ever been....see below..... There is no way any other app would work so well for our shipping needs through Shopify and the customer service is beyond our wildest expectations. Our shipping rules are a little complex and the app does exactly what we need it to do. It accurately presents shipping pricing for our customers for UPS, FEDEX and all those great USPS Flat Rate and Reduced Rate A and B boxes. Thanks again.

The app is great and does all it says it does, but the true value is in the level of support. Over the 18 months or more we've been using this app I've requested large updates to it's functionality 3 times and every time the updates of custom code were completed within a few days. Awesome service and great communication. 5 stars well deserved

Deserves an "App Oscar". This app raises the bar, spent 1000s elsewhere on this platform for a pile of junk and programmers attitude. This firm gets it! You have access to the code within Shopify, code which is surprisingly easy to understand and edit, but pay for set up, best $$ you will ever spend, you ask for options that you just dreamt of for years in e-commerce and it is "sure, I can do that". Awesome in every respect

Bespoke Shipping has been perfect for us since we've started on Shopify, whatever delivery methods we've needed Min has been able to apply effectively and very quickly. Excellent, excellent service. Would fully recommend.

I haven't reviewed many apps on Shopify because I end up not using the apps for very long because they don't meet my needs. I have been using Bespoke Shipping for over a year and it's awesome. Yes, I paid to have the Bespoke team write all the code for my very complex and unique shipping situation (we ship frozen items and the amount of dry ice we use varies based on where we are shipping it and how many items the customer orders). I thought the price was VERY reasonable and each time I want additional logic or customizations added in, they are either a free simple change or a low cost more complicated change. There is nothing that Bespoke can't handle for your complicated shipping scenarios. Haven't found a single other app that solves our unique business scenarios.

This app became core of our shipping, can not imagine running our e-commerce without it. Best support as well, it feels like we have a tech team right next to me.
