Brilliant app. Order Editing has already saved so much time and resource. We had an introduction call with Nicole and onboarding with Rox who were both such a pleasure to talk to. Rox set everything up for us perfectly and patiently explained all the settings and flows so we were across it all. Easiest (and the most fun) onboarding ever. The upsell revenue generated in 2 days of launching the app has already paid for it! Save yourself (and customers) a whole lot of headaches and just do it.
OrderEditing has been a great addition to our Shopify stores globally, driving strong revenue from checkout upsells and post-purchase offers. It's also made life easier for our customers by letting them update their orders themselves, without needing to contact our team. Paul was fantastic throughout the setup process, helping us get everything working exactly how we needed it and integrated with all our fulfilment partners. He was always happy to help and made the whole process really easy.
Roxanne has been brilliant from the start. She got us live quickly, stayed across everything through our first couple of weeks and checked in without us ever having to chase her. The app is pretty awesome. Customers take care of order changes themselves which saves time for CX. Also the upsell feature has generated additional revenue. Onboarding was extremely easy with Rox being extremely easy to deal with.

We run July across five Shopify stores (AU, US, UK, NZ, CA) and Order Editing has become one of the few apps I'd genuinely call essential. The bulk of our post-purchase support used to be customers wanting to change a shipping address, swap a colour, or add an item before dispatch. Now they just do it themselves from the order status page and the change flows straight through to our fulfilment system. The install was clean, the editing window and rules are flexible enough to work with how we actually pick and pack, and it's never caused us an issue with payments or inventory. Upsells on the edit page have been a nice bonus on top of the ticket deflection. Support has been quick and responsive the couple of times we've reached out. Highly recommend for any store doing real volume.
We’ve been using the app for a month now and have already seen a reduction in customer service tickets relating to address changes, product changes, and order cancellations. OrderEditing is one of Jones Road Beauty's absolute favorite partners. Their team goes above and beyond every time. They're fast, responsive, and happy to help with things well outside their scope, which is rare to find in a vendor. The product is just as strong as the team behind it. Letting customers edit their own orders after checkout has deflected a significant amount of CX tickets and saves our team real time. The post purchase upsells have also become a reliable source of incremental revenue for us. It works exactly how you'd want it to, and it's a no brainer addition to any Shopify tech stack. Order editing has proved to be a no-brainer addition to the stack at RIDGE. Not only does it help out our CX team a ton, it has also unlocked incremental revenue via Thank You and Order Status page upsells. There are endless SaaS tools out there that solve a problem but stop at the software. We really appreciate Order Editing being a great partner and providing a true service beyond an app. Jacques has been fantastic to work with and really goes above and beyond to make OE easy to use.

This app has been a game changer for us. Great tool, and an awesome team to work with- really responsive and genuinely invested in helping us out. We currently run order editing across both our NZ and AU Shopify stores, and this app has closed a real gap in Shopify's native address validation, reducing failed deliveries and support tickets. The upsell widget's been a great bonus too such an easy, no-dev-effort way to lift AOV. Would definitely recommend!

If you haven't heard of Order Editing, you're sleeping under a rock. This app is a game changer for a few reasons: it improves the customer experience by letting customers make last minute edits to their order (yes, even after they've paid), it upsells products at checkout to lift AOV, and it improves address validation. Best of all, the team moves fast when global requirements change. They rolled out support for the EU withdrawal requirements within 48 hours of notification, keeping us compliant without missing a beat. That level of support is what makes them leaders in this space, they operate more like an extension of our team than a vendor. A huge thank you to Ben from Order Editing, who provided genuinely 24/7 support while we tested and deployed during that period.
We've had an excellent experience with this app from day one. The onboarding process was one of the best we've experienced. It was smooth, well-supported, and incredibly easy to get up and running. Solid, robust upsell platform implementation was super easy, especially with a dedicated, hands-on after hours support from Hamish. He is smart, did the work to understand how to optimize all conversions across the board, did the implementation. Revenue on upsells are up by 30% approximately.

This is a great app that allows you to make more of your customers happy! In the past, our team struggled with keeping up with customer support emails when customers emailed in right after purchasing, needing to change their address or size. Installing order editing immediately cut down our customer support tickets by at least 50% overnight, since customers can make these changes themselves now. Our internal team is quite small, so the time saved + customer happiness is such a big win. On top of that, Jacques gets on a call with me before every drop to review our marketing strategies & clearly puts a lot of time and effort into making things go smoothly and we get the outcome we want. That kind of service is unheard of, and we really appreciate the effort and impact it's had on our business. Order editing is now a must have for us, my only regret is that we didn't find it sooner!

Great application that has helped us significantly reduce the number of customer support tickets. It offers a wide range of customization options and has been a great addition to our store. What truly stands out, however, is the support team. Our representative, Erin, has been exceptional throughout the entire process. She guided us through the setup, provided technical expertise whenever needed, and was always actively involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues we encountered. I wish I could give this app 10 stars. Order Editing has saved us countless hours, increased revenue, and offers far more flexibility than any similar app we've used on Shopify. We previously used Aftersell, and this solution is significantly more powerful and robust. The support team is exceptional—real people who are knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely care about helping merchants succeed. They had our store set up and running in minutes. The app is easy to setup, and has a lot of useful features. The upselling setting are really interesting and they work really well. We had a bug that was generating by some of our store settings and was resolved very fast by them on a direct call which was very awesome. The support chat is not really helpful, or maybe it was because I was on EU timezone and their team is located in US but after emailing they responded and resolved very fast. I really recommend their app.

The app is excellent. We're seeing benefits from more accurate order data and upsells. Customer support and set-up is very strong. Erin was extremely helpful and always quick to reply. We've already rolled out onto two further sites.
less time spent on "can you fix my address for me" means I get to spend that much more time on more complex issues. and that's invaluable for us. this helps increase CSAT across the board. less moments where we can't catch an order before it goes out and more bandwidth to help customers who many times need a creative solution that I can come up with when I'm not speed running through the basic stuff. time is the real currency saver here. love this service (and the people have been more than a pleasure to work with given our setup is a little more complex than an average store)
So pleased we have installed this app on our sites. We were constantly getting changes of address or changes to orders, which were soaking up our time, and made it complicated for our 3PL warehouse to search orders to make changes after they flowed through. This app gives our customers a 30 minute window, in a very nice editing screen (built via Shopify) where they get an opportunity to make changes to their order address (so many people forget to update their addresses after they move houses), and our customers can swap their items (at the same or higher value), and add extra items to their cart after the original purchase. This app has saved our team so much time - especially in our Black Friday promo's. Paul is super skilled in getting this all set up and we appreciate the support we have received from the team at Order Edit.

Order Editing has been a game changer for our CX team giving customers the option to make address corrections, update shades or changes before fulfillment starts. Before our CX team would have to deal with 1000s of emails a month requesting order changes. Beyond that the upsell and add-ons have contributed to meaningful revenue. As a bonus, the Order Editing has been beyond helpful in getting things set up, responsive to making adjustments that are unique to our store and how we run offers, and all around great to work with.
Since installing, tickets for address changes and order edits have dropped, and we have the post-purchase upsell running. But the real value for us is that this feels less like a standard software tool and more like an agency. Jacques and the team are in there suggesting improvements and then helping with implementation. Amazing team. Can't recommend it enough.
OrderEditing has been amazing! As a business, we index heavily on ROI when onboarding a software like this. It's a no brainer small fixed monthly fee to generate 10x that in upsell revenue and reduce CS ticket volume by 20% simultaneously. Upsell revenue now makes up about 2% of our revenue, which may not seem like a lot but it's massive. Shout out to Jacques for being an awesome account manager as well.

This App, Order Editing, has been a lifesaver for us. I also need to mention that the CEO was personally involved in supporting us and was available multiple times with great follow-up to get us to the point we needed to be at. We were able to complete almost a thousand pre-orders with their help. Highly recommended. We also tried two other apps, and the tech was bad, features were removed without warning, and the support was poor. Kudos to Order Editing for a great product and a great user experience.

We've had a few integration issues due to other tech, however, the Order Editing team have always been super responsive, helpful, and hardworking to find the right solution for us.

We switched to this app from Cleverific and i'm so glad we did - it contains a lot more features, looks great aesthetically on the thank you page and saves a ton of time in reducing customer support tickets - especially adding discount codes and extra items post purchase. Support is amazing with Jacques giving me an individual online training session and then patiently answering all my questions after that. Highly recommended!

Order Editing has had a huge impact on the amount of customer service enquiries coming through, and we've had great feedback from our customers who love being able to update their order themselves when they've made a mistake or they want to add more products. We were using another app before this, but every brand I shopped with seemed to be using Order Editing. Naturally, I had major FOMO, so I decided to give it a try… and it was love at first edit. It’s only been a few weeks, and it has already saved our team hundreds of support tickets. My favourite feature is the upsells, especially the free shipping threshold upsell. IYKYK. They’ve been converting ridiculously well since we made the move, and we were even able to ditch our separate upsell app completely. Yes, the tech is amazing and the integration was seamless. But the real difference is the team. Their support is next level. You can tell they genuinely care about building the best product possible and actually driving ROI for their customers. That’s been clear in the results we’ve achieved in such a short amount of time. If you want to free up your team’s time, increase AOV, and improve your CX, Order Editing is the way to go.

Our product lead discovered Order Editing through shopping on a site that had it, and immediately thought - "WOW! I'd love to have that on our site." We investigated other apps with similar features, but Order Editing was the standout best. We had a very smooth onboarding process with Lachie and Jacques right before BFCM and this tool reduced our CX contacts for address errors, order cancellations etc. by a massive amount. If you're considering this app, we definitely recommend you give it a try!

Highlyyyyy recommend Order Editing! Saved us sooooo much time especially during the holiday season. I am sure we are not alone when people email us immediately after placing an order asking to change their address and we have to be on it fast before our fulfillment center sends it out. With Order Editing, customers update it themselves and it works great!

Order Editing does what it says on the tin, allowing customers to correct and amend errors in the shipping address, cancel their orders if they need to, add or remove products. Also it works with our 3PL integration even though the 3PL software pulls our orders the moment they are placed (by delaying the order on our side not the WMS side if you're wondering how). That would be enough. However it also then pays for itself many times over by enabling post-purchase upsells. Upsells which do not reduce conversion rate! And if that were not enough, if you're on the Plus plan as we are then you get direct slack access to the app developers who are incredibly helpful and responsive and who somehow manage to cover all timezones among their small team! Well done OE team you've created an app that solves a customer pain point while paying for itself

110/10 customer service. Extremely friendly, prompt, kind and helpful. Application is easy once you get the hang of it. But when you need assistance, they're on it right away and respond within the day and usually fix it for you if they have the permissions. Do recommend.
