We've been using REP AI for a while now, and the results have honestly exceeded our expectations. Since installing it, we've seen a steady increase in sales, with REP AI generating around $500 a day on its own, which is pretty amazing. But what really surprised us was the impact on customer support. We're getting significantly fewer support tickets, customers are getting answers faster, and our overall website conversion rate has increased by tens of percent. This app is incredible. The set up process is super, super quick - to which really surprised me, considering the amount of information on our site. I've been very happy with the responses that the chatbot provides my customers (I did spend a day or two correcting some responses) - however, aside from that it's been smooth sailing ever since. Regarding performance, it is a real game changer. With attention spans continually dwindling, it's super important to make sure we answer any questions and overcome any objections a potential consumer might have. Prior to Rep Console, we had to reply on the hope that consumers would do their own digging and find the information to their concerns/questions, and despite our best efforts to communicate this efficiently - this ultimately leaves all the work up to the consumer. In our opinion, this is a big no no, considering our (including myself in this) inability to stay focused on one task for more than 2 minutes. Having Rep Console means we are able to engage our consumer right away and ultimately overcome any potential barriers/hesitations at a much more efficient rate. We love RepAI. We tried a few other AI bots before we settled on RepAI and we settled on Rep for a few different reasons (pricing, ease of use, and mainly the helpful fullness of the team). We had talks with a few other of the "popular" guys (one starts with a Z *wink wink*), and they wanted us to commit to a year long contract without a free trial (what?!). The team at Rep has been super helpful from Adam on the sales team, Yoav the CEO jumping in and helping when we had some trouble setting up an A/B test, to Dafi who is our Client Success Manager that I meet with frequently who is constantly helping us with new ways to optimize our account. Best app for the money, for sure! It's easy to use and helps my customers (I think). It saves me a lot of time. It's only too bad that you can actually get some of the more personalized features at the €299 per month mark. That's something I cannot afford, which is too bad. I highly recommend Rep.AI. Their AI-powered concierge aka chatbot has helped us to increase our AOV, conversion rate and overall sales. They have some awesome features, like the ability to notify our customers when out-of-stock items come back online. I really like the ability to customize the chatbots responses so that it matches our brands tone of voice. Their recent ChatGPT integration was able to parse all of our sites blog posts, reviews and FAQs to teach the concierge how to answer questions from our customers. This has been a game changer as I often get tired of answering the same question over and over... LOL.
